Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
To begin, I’d want to express my gratitude to the Success Today team for hosting this interview. It means the world!
I’m the wedding planner that you should hire if you are planning a wedding. I am Anisha Verma and my brand is known as “Riwaaz-E-Rishte”. We are a luxury wedding planning company based in Delhi but cater to events worldwide.
As specialists in chic, bespoke, enchanting weddings and events, we work together with you in planning and coordinating your celebration. Whether you are looking for an intimate, low-key affair, or a big, romantic affair, we are here to guide you, allowing you to lose yourself on your magical day.
We are a wedding planning company that focuses on our clients. We believe that each wedding is unique, and by getting to know our clients’ personal preferences, we can ensure their event is a true reflection of them.
What is the USP of your work?
We recognize that you are unique and, therefore, we prefer a personal, tailored service rather than a package wedding. Whether you have a clear vision of your dream wedding and simply require execution of your ideas, or you wish for us to develop a whole new concept with fresh ideas, our job is to make you, your family, and your friends feel that your wedding is an expression entirely of you and your fiancé’s individuality and style.
What are your vision and mission?
Being a wedding planner requires a lot of dedication and empathy. To be trusted on the most important day of someone’s life is a responsibility you take only when you are ready to commit 100%. That’s what our vision and mission have always been. It’s being able to deliver that smile or the experience of being able to enjoy your big day with nothing but happiness and love.
What are your achievements in this industry?
My achievements have been the people I’ve met or worked with!! The incredible vendors, couples, and families from everywhere across the globe. It’s all about relationships. always!
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
In every job interview, the first thing I always tell the team member is, and I quote, “It’s a job that requires utter dedication and commitment.” It’s a job that becomes your life,” which is correct. It is a very very tedious job that demands a lot from you. Weddings are a festival in itself, and planning one is no joke. From being able to win the trust of the client to working on the minutest details, aligning meetings, holding meetings takes up your complete time, on-ground execution, etc. These could be one-fourth of everything that goes on for at least 3 to 4 months. What drives me is my passion for the job and my company. This company is “my baby”, and you’d do everything for your baby, right? 🙂
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I am a trained dancer and swimmer. I do try and make time for those things sometimes, but apart from that, poetry interests me a lot.
You have achieved so much in life. Any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Always know your worth; there is nobody like you. “Tell yourself that every day and that’s all the advice you need.
