Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
My name is Bindu Balachandran.P. I am a skincare formulator running a cosmetic company named Krishna’s Organic Herbal Products. I’ve done many courses in skin care and hair care. Our all products are 100% natural and chemical free.
How you and your service is helping society?
Now a days people are getting allergic reactions from many personal care products available in the market. It is only because of the presence of certain chemicals.
Our aim is to create organic natural and chemical-free cosmetics. So that people should not get any side effects or allergic reactions from these products.
What is the USP of your work?
We are concentrating on result-oriented Ayurvedic products only. Once a customer purchased a product from us, we will do an enquiry on the second week of purchase. Because we want to know whether the customer has got a result from our product or not. If they are not getting any results we will refund the cash including the delivery Charge. So that’s why we are getting only genuine feedback from our customers….
What are your Vision and Mission?
Vision
To create more Ayurvedic and organic result-oriented cosmetic products.

To make our every customer happy and make them more confident.
What are your achievements in this industry?
We have got a lot of happy customers. Many have got results from our products.And that is a great achievement for us. And we have got some awards Business Insight Emerging Brand Award, Bispol Emerging Brand Award, Hunar Award. All these are our achievements in this industry.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
Never. I always enjoyed my work. Because this cosmetic world is my life. Making skin care products is my passion. So I never felt tiredness. I started this business to overcome my stress and depression. And it was 6 years ago. And today this business is my life.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I just love music and was a singer during my college days. I just love Vegetarian cooking and Eggless Baking. My eggless cakes are available during the Christmas and New year seasons. And I am a Resin artist too. I’ve done resin idols of different gods and goddesses. Whenever I will get time I will create idols of god’s in resin. You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
I can’t say that I’ve achieved so much in my life. I’m just a beginner. And my specific advice is not to get depressed when you lose something in your life. Many people are there who are still consuming medicines once they will get depression. These medicines will give you a good sleep. But only you are the only person who has got the power to overcome this depression.
Do something creative. Always engage your mind in something that will make you happy. That could be music, cooking, classical dance, painting anything. You’ve to find out the talent sleeping inside your mind. So my advice is to Do something creative whenever you will get depressed.
