Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Founder of E R Segment a Cyber Security firm, Kartheek Chanda a 25-year-old who has trained more than 30,000 students, including doctorates, professors, and employees, and has helped 1000+ organizations improve their security infrastructure. Up until last year, he worked for the Central Government’s Cyber Security division, improving security infrastructure throughout India’s financial sector.
How you and your service is helping society?
Safety and security lie at the heart of the prosperity of any nation. Citizens want to feel safe (protected from risk or injury) and secure (free from danger or threat). But today security is challenged in all aspects of our daily lives and trust in the institutions that should keep us safe is low.
We help organizations to reduce the impact of cyber-attacks and also we create skilled professionals to secure organizations.

What are your Vision and Mission?
The significance of cyber security to a firm lies in its ability to avert a catastrophe in both its business and its finances. When it comes to protecting the data of their customers, businesses are having a difficult time finding experienced cyber security personnel.
Our Mission is to expand our business by offering global cyber security services by skilled professionals and creating skilled professionals by training Students.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I’ve trained over 30,000+ students including doctorates, Professors, employees and helped 1000+ organizations in improving their security Infrastructure. Till last year I have worked in Central Government Cyber Security wing and helped the financial sector though out India in improving its security Infrastructure. Our organization E R Segment has won multiple National and global awards in Cyber Security domain.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
It is not tedious but it is stressful at times as I’m working 12+ hours 7 days a week, But the curiosity of students while learning new things boots me.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
My hobbies are playing chess, carroms and swimming.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Once a legend said nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity.
