Could you introduce us to yourself and your business?
I’m a healthcare professional and since my childhood, I have seen my family business of manufacturing Ayurvedic medicines very closely. I have a hands-on effect on most of the products, the manufacturing process, and every little detail till it reaches the end consumer, followed by feedback on the launched product and, of course, many other intangible aspects of the business.
Carrying forward my aspiration, I decided to pursue my doctorate in business and social activities. Our dream venture, Nutriley Healthcare, in which I carry a sense of pride, is growing by leaps and bounds. Under the wings of experts in this particular field, we have a wide range of Ayurvedic healthcare and body care products that are formulated with the utmost care and precision.
What is the role of your family in your achievements?
No wonder my family has been a primary driving force in my career choice. They are the reason I am here and whatever I could achieve wouldn’t have been possible without their guidance and undying support. They are my support system not only at work but also at home. Having a family that fully understands and braces for the journey that entrepreneurs take is a factor in one’s longevity in the business world.
What is your ultimate aim as a doctor? How do you create a new path in your profession?
Time and again, it has been proved that Ayurveda is one of the crucial assets that our ancestors have bestowed upon us. In this modernization and technology-driven era, we should not forget our roots. Therefore, we are trying to curate herbal products with ayurvedic formulations that can be used by everyone without any side effects. I believe I am doing my bit as a professional and a responsible human being by providing the health care one needs and keeping our environment safe in the process. I am delighted to share that now we offer world-class medicines as we have 254 patents from the USA, so this is a turning point for me as an entrepreneur.
What was the one thing that first persuaded you to enter into this field of industry?
For decades, my great grandfathers were the torch bearers of Ayurveda. I was 14 years old when I joined my family business of making ayurvedic medicines. It then took its course of time and evolved into Nutriley. Even though there were stumbling blocks on the way, being a healthcare professional itself is a very satisfying job. Perhaps, in the end, the overwhelming response and positive change that is created in the lives of many are the only priorities.
Needless to say, there is still a lot to learn. We have all been taught since childhood that learning is a continuous process, and, of course, I firmly swear by it.
With such cut-throat competition in this industry, what is it that makes the services you offer exceptional?
Competitivity makes you buckle up for the business game and, in turn, leads to excellence and honing your specialization skills. The customer’s feedback and the surging demand for Nutriley products speak for themselves about its exclusivity.
Competition helps you put your best foot forward and explore new avenues. Thinking along the same lines, one of my products, named “Draintaar,” is unique in this field as inhaled smoke and polluted tar are removed naturally from the body to rejuvenate the lungs. It got an NPN from the Honorable Canada Ministry, which I believe is rewarding in itself.
I consider myself my only competitor as I am eager to learn new aspects of business and always try to improve my performance.
Your achievements in this industry are more than impressive. Would you like to share them with us today?
Getting rewarded for your hard work is certainly one of the best feelings. I am very grateful to the Almighty for his blessings and to the entire Nutriley family for their never-ending contribution. It’s overwhelming to know that we can make a positive impression on society when Nutriley Healthcare was awarded HACCP and WHO GMP by the American International Accreditation Organization, USA. We were also awarded as Best Manufacturer of Herbal Supplements by TIME Cybermedia at the International Healthcare Awards 2016. Last year, we successfully added another feather to our cap, as we were awarded the Ayurved Ratna Award 2021 by AIIPPHS University, Delhi.

Does your work ever feel unexciting to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
There is not a single moment when I feel uninterested in my work. My entrepreneur journey has challenged my cognitive skills in an extremely exciting way. It made me more organized, disciplined and made my existence meaningful. I have reached this position in my life because I carry a sense of pride in being part of Nutriley.
I’ve always been an inquisitive person, and evolving and defining new boundaries has now become my passion. It’s all because my work is my happy space.
You have achieved so much in life. Is there any specific advice you’d like to share with the new people entering this industry?
Well, this is very kind of you, but trust me, today’s generation is a bundle of very diligent and self-sufficient individuals, thanks to technology and multimedia. I am glad that I have been able to add value to anyone’s life out there. It makes me feel very fortunate as an entrepreneur.
My advice to the newcomers would be that conviction and grit take one a long way. Except for hard work, there is absolutely no other way I see your dream coming true.
