Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Delhi-based nutritionist Dt Shweta Nakra and a
Health Coach. I’m into this health industry since 2007. My job
aims at promoting better nutrition to people. | teach them the
Importance of food and how you can get rid of any ailment if
You take your diet seriously.

How are you and your service helping society?
Me as a dietitian works to improve eating habits, health and well-being of the community. I emphasis on* food as a
Medicine* and I try and help people understand that if you are
Facing any diseases like- sugar, B.P, cholesterol, anxiety,
hormonal issues etc then u must concentrate on therapeutic
Diets. Therapeutic diets are of utmost importance if one has any Disease. Medicine can only be helpful if you are taking your diet
accordingly. Also, my company runs health and nutrition
programs and seminars to provide nutrition and health
Information to the media and community in general

What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work is that I’m a medical practitioner
Who manages nutritional deficiencies . I supervise my patient by addressing their dietary requirement, preparing menus and
Educating patients and their families about the importance of
adequate nutrients.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision in life is to create a healthy and fit India and to
Inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing
best care to every patient of mine.

My mission is of creating various health clubs in various cities to
Spread maximum awareness about diet and how diet can cure any disease

What are your achievements in this field?
My achievements are the result of complete hard work.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
Not at all. My work and my profession is a power
Booster to me .. As i have the privilege to transform so many
Lives. Their transformation » satisfaction and smile keep me
motivated and happy, | take each day as a challenge and | try to
Raise my bar every single day. This thought of mine keeps me
Motivated and full of energy.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I’m a mother of two beautiful children so other than my
Work my hobby is to spend quality time with my children like :~
Listening to their daily routine, playing with them, reading bed
time story to them etc.
Other than this I love cooking so whenever I get time I indulge myself in some different cuisines like :- Japanese or Indonesian or American cuisines,
