Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Mother to a 5-year-old boy. Graphic designer by profession. Worked for 7 years in an advertising agency.
The pandemic made me quit my job and this is when I realized I need to start something of my own. And this is when I launched my brand “KALIKAARI”.
I have launched 2 products so far.
- Feelings and emotions flash cards.
- Power of Mandala guidebook.

How you and your service is helping society?
I want to create awareness and knowledge about how important it is to know and teach the kids about emotions and feelings. How to name your emotions at a tender age and increase the communication between parents and kids. With the help of my mandala guidebook, I want to teach and guide the basic techniques of Mandala art. Kids can learn and get engage with these products in a fun and interesting way.
What is the USP of your work?
Spreading awareness about your child’s emotions and feelings.
Main USP of my mandala guidebook is that it is not just a colouring book but a guidebook/tutorials on how to create your own Mandala art. There are many Mandala colouring books but a Mandala guidebook is something new and unique.
Products are of premium quality with reasonable rates and unique in their own way.
What are your Vision and Mission?
Vision is to create/spread more and more knowledge about kids’ emotions and also provide the kids with better and premium quality products.
Mision is to work hard on various new products for kids to achieve the vision of my company.
What are your achievements in this industry?
Successfully launching the products in the market.
My products are listed on Amazon.in for customers overall in India.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
No, my work doesn’t feel tedious. My love for art and love for kids keeps me motivated. Doing what you love makes things easy.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I am also a self-taught Mandala artist. My love for Mandala inspired me to design and launch my Power of Mandala guidebook.
I like to try my hands at different forms of ART.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
The only way to do great work is to love what you do. Always dream big, work hard with all the determination, patience and make it happen. There is no shortcut to anything in life.
