A healthy diet or Nutrition is often a topic of interest among people dealing with some health issue or weight loss. I wanted to make a difference by creating awareness among the masses that eating right proactively goes a long way in the overall development, especially with kids and young adults.

Nutrition is next to none. I believe that “food if looked at as a medicine at an early age, can prevent a situation where medicines should be had as food at a later stage”.
