Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Paulami Niyogi-enabler of Attitudinal Development. I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2017 and have never looked back since. I am a certified digital marketer. I run a marketing consultancy named Paulami Niyogi Consulting that deals with brand activation, digital marketing, and strategic PR management. I am also a certified life coach and trainer. My life coaching initiative is popular as Mindful Wisdom. I am the co-founder of the concept Guide to Goal, which is about training, executive coaching, handholding, mentoring, and management consulting. I believe in keeping a positive outlook on life while looking forward to growing sustainably with my team while maintaining an ethical practice in business.
How you and your service is helping society?
I always consider the value addition I can add to one’s business or initiative whenever I get a new client. I question myself, and as a team, we brainstorm and make sure to under-promise and over-deliver. My clients are like my family; I get 95% of my business through referrals. Referral Business talks about my practice. I ensure that my team takes care of every project as our own and delivers outstanding values and after-sales support, be it marketing, training, or consulting. We aspire to offer quality service through our knowledge, shared experience, and collective skills.
What is the unique selling point of your work?
The USP of our work is personalized attention to our client’s requirements. We do not have any one-size-fits-all formula. We understand the need, analyze the gap, understand the feasibility, and then commit to delivering. It might take a few days to send a simple proposal, but we, as a team, want to ensure the proposal’s viability from end to end.
What are your vision and mission?
My vision is to transform the lives of more than one lakh individuals in this country with a combined strategy of coaching-training and handholding. My next five-year mission is to reach one lakh students to usher in a new ray of hope through skill development and capacity building.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I have achieved multiple accolades in my industry. 6. I have three published research articles in esteemed journals. I have received the Rajiv Gandhi Youth Icon Award 2022, Business Mint Bets Women Entrepreneur of the Year award and featured in different portals like Dailyhunt, Midday, Disrupt, Brilliant Read, Emerging Icons, Startocure etc. Apart from my formal achievements, I have received immense support and love from people.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
To be honest, sometimes, I do find it tough to manage everything. But I am blessed with an expert team, and I have manifested this day for a long time. I have devoted my time and effort to building the team, and finally, when I see them working with a purpose, I feel happy and content. I try to remain focused on my goal and being a believer in deep work. I try to devote my attention to work without any distractions. I follow my father and late husband when it comes to work ethics. They have taught me the importance of staying focused. Rest of the energy I get from nature, music, friends, and other family members.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I am a professional devotional vocalist. Apart from my work, music and plants keep me busy. I love it when I hit the right note, and my plants bloom with super beauties.
You have achieved so much in life. Any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
There is only one thing to say. Do not STOP. If you know your purpose, work for it. Work harder than yesterday. Do not be scared to hustle. Accept challenges and win them with your power. Be fearless when it comes to your achievements. Half of the goal is already achieved when you believe you can.
