𝟭) 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.
My name is Shyamantak Ganguly, and I’m into martial arts for 23years along with my brother Shibayan Ganguly, who is into martial arts for 27years. I am a 5 times national full-contact karate champion, junior Asian champion and international runner and certified fitness trainer from the government of India (NSDC). My brother is a national and international full-contact Karate champion and certified dietician and sports nutritionist, acupressure therapist and also teaches Kalahi Filipino martial arts.
We started our online fitness brand FITNES2X, during the time of covid, almost one and half years back. With FITNES2X, we aspired to make everyone fit while staying at home, to make people realize you don’t always need a gym or equipment if one carries the will to get fit. We add a flavour of kickboxing into one’s journey towards fitness, and that’s why it is 2x and also to give them a proper diet based on the regular home-cooked food.
𝟮) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱?
Our inspiration comes from our father Mr Shivaji Gaguly, who is doing martial arts for as long as 40 years. Witnessing him since childhood really propelled us to follow in his footsteps.
𝟯) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀/𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀?
We provide online group fitness classes, including HIIT, Bodyweight workouts, functional workouts, animal movements, kickboxing and exercise, sometimes with weights.
We also provide online personal fitness classes according to our client’s requirements.
Lastly, we also provide online diet consultation like customized diet charts according to one’s need

Our brand fitnes2x was named the best Fitness startup of the year 2021-22 by the Indian Glory Awards and best fitness organization by Influecerquipo in 2021. With god’s grace, we have clients not only from India but also from the USA, UK, SINGAPORE and QATAR.
