What began as an indulgence is now our passion. At Minus 30, we strive to recreate what we grew up enjoying. Memories of fun-filled decadence of our mothers’ home-made chocolate ice cream—fresh, free of preservatives, healthy and full of love – inspired us to do the same.
We make irresistible gelato with the finest ingredients. For those that prefer it, we have sugar-free and vegan options that are as good if not better than their counterparts— you have to TASTE IT TO LOVE IT!

We grew up eating our mother’s ice cream ( she is a trained chef ). We saw her sending this to friends and realized quickly that they loved it. Decided to start a small business selling these ice creams, Gayatri went to Italy to learn and train in how to make gelatos. She came back from Bologna and we started the business.

All our ingredients are natural, we use no stabilizers/preservatives/emulsifiers in our products. Our regular gelatos have 30% less sugar than what’s available in the market and our vegan and sugar-free products are super low calorie and healthy – with no compromise in taste which is why you have to taste it to love it.

We’re a growing brand and have expanded past Delhi into Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Dehradun and Goa. We now have distribution in over 150 stores in India with a presence in 13 states.

We love what we do! Who wouldn’t love selling making/tasting and selling ice cream, Jokes apart we are bringing a clean, healthy product to the customer and we have an 80% repeat customer rate which is always pushing us to do better!
