Psychotherapy, like any other job, occasionally gets tiring. However, my profound passion for my work and the beneficial effects it can have on people’s lives keeps me motivated and pushed to do well in it. I always push myself to learn and grow in order to keep from burning out or losing interest in my profession. I keep myself updated by learning the depths of the subconscious mind through various professional courses and practise rounds amongst therapists to stay current on the most recent developments in my field’s science and methodology. I work together with peers and co-workers to examine cases, share ideas, and develop fresh viewpoints.
I also make it a point to look after both my physical and mental well-being. I make sleep a priority, maintain a regular workout routine, and eat well. In order to lessen stress and keep a good mindset, I also engage in mindfulness and meditation.
The joy of seeing others succeed in overcoming obstacles and improving their lives is a strong incentive, too. Observing the development and evolution of my clients serves to remind me of the significance of my work and to stroke my love for it.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I like participating in a variety of activities outside of work. Reading is one of my main interests, especially books on psychology, spirituality, and self-improvement. In order to keep my physical and mental health, I also enjoy walking and meditation. Long walks in my society provide me the chance to enjoy the outdoors and breathe in some fresh air while also assisting me in maintaining my physical fitness.

In addition, I love exploring new places and engaging with diverse cultures. I enjoy meeting new people from other origins, learning about new cultures, and travelling to new locations.

One of my favourite pastimes is gardening since it enables me to be both creative and connected to nature. I enjoy the therapeutic and calming effects of planting and caring for plants, and I enjoy seeing the results of my labour when the flowers bloom or the crops ripen. As I pay attention to the requirements of the plants, gardening also helps me to remain grounded and in the present.

Being with my furry pet is always a pleasure for me as a dog lover. Having a video call with my pet back home helps me maintain my oxytocin levels. 🙂
