Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
My work does not feel tedious to me because nutrition and healing are my passion as well as my profession. Every patient’s journey is unique, and seeing them recover, reverse disease, or regain hope keeps me deeply motivated. Even challenging cases inspire me, as they push me to innovate and blend the wisdom of Vedic science with modern clinical research.

What keeps me driven is the impact on people’s lives —a patient reversing Type 2 Diabetes, a woman conceiving naturally after years of infertility, or someone regaining mobility from arthritis pain. These successes are not just professional milestones but personal rewards.

I also stay motivated by continuous learning and teaching. Training n teaching budding nutritionists allows me to share knowledge and shape the next generation, which adds purpose beyond individual client care.

For me, it’s not just work—it’s a mission to make health simple, natural, and accessible for society. That mission is what keeps me energized every day.

What are your Hobbies & Special Interests?

Beyond my profession, I pursue activities that nurture both personal growth and community wellness. I enjoy reading health and wellness articles and staying updated with the latest research in nutrition and medicine. I practice gratitude journaling and Reiki healing, which help me stay positive, balanced, and spiritually connected.

Cooking is another passion—I love creating wholesome, healthy meals by experimenting with natural ingredients. I also enjoy gardening and growing herbs, connecting with nature while ensuring fresh, chemical-free produce.

For my own well-being, I practice yoga, meditation, and mindful walking. I also love traveling and exploring cultures, cuisines, and traditional healing practices, which broaden my perspective on health globally.

In addition, I actively contribute to my community by hosting walk marathons in my society, encouraging people to stay physically active, build stamina, and adopt healthier lifestyles together.
