Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am a Dentist and Nutritionist based in Hyderabad. My journey into nutrition began
during the COVID lockdown, when dental practice was temporarily paused, and I
chose to explore my interest in food and lifestyle medicine. I pursued a Diploma in
Nutrition along with several specialized certifications, which helped me transition into
holistic nutritional care.
Today, I practice as a full-time Nutritionist under my own brand- Dr.Nutri.
My work focuses on personalized nutrition plans that consider medical history, lifestyle,
and long-term sustainability. I aim to provide care that is practical, empathetic, and
supportive, helping patients understand their bodies and develop a healthier
relationship with food. Over the years, I have supported individuals across various
health concerns, and seeing positive changes in their well-being has been deeply
rewarding.

How you and your service is helping society?
My work supports society by helping individuals improve their health through
practical and sustainable lifestyle changes. Many patients share that they feel better in
their daily routines with improved energy levels, sleep, and overall functioning and
these changes are often reflected in their follow-up blood reports and health
parameters. Even small improvements in well-being can make a meaningful difference
to a person’s confidence and quality of life.
A lot of people come to me feeling uncertain or discouraged about their health. With
personalized nutritional guidance, regular follow-ups, and a patient-centered approach,
they begin to see gradual and realistic progress. I try to ensure that every plan is
adaptable and supportive rather than overwhelming, and it has been encouraging to
see individuals regain trust in their own bodies and habits. With time, this understanding spreads from individuals to their families, promoting better decisions,
preventative treatment, and a community that is more health-conscious.

What is the USP of your work?
The key strength of my work lies in combining holistic nutrition with practical,
personalized guidance. I focus on understanding both the medical and lifestyle
background of each individual, which allows me to create plans that are realistic,
flexible, and sustainable. Along with diet, I address supportive lifestyle elements such
as sleep, stress, and daily routines, as they play a meaningful role in health outcomes.
Equally important is communication and education. I ensure patients understand the
‘why’ behind their diet – what is needed, what is not, and how certain choices affect
their health. This approach builds confidence, encourages independent decisionmaking,
and fosters a deeper understanding of one’s body. My practice distinguishes
itself by providing holistic care, scientific understanding, sympathetic advice, and
patient education.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My mission is to provide evidence-based, individualized nutritional care that
empowers individuals to take control of their health. I strive to make nutrition practical,
understandable, and accessible, helping people improve their health, prevent
complications, and develop confidence in their choices.
My vision is to contribute to a society where preventive and holistic health is valued. I
want to see people adopting sustainable behaviors for long-term well-being, lifestyle
diseases being addressed early, and nutrition being incorporated into mainstream
health discussions. My long-term goal is to strengthen my contribution through
education, community engagement, and structured programs that extend beyond
clinic visits.

What are your achievements in this industry?
Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous individuals improve
their health through personalized nutrition and holistic guidance. Many patients have
reported measurable improvements in energy levels, sleep, digestion, and medical
parameters, which I consider a meaningful reflection of my work.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have a Diploma in Nutrition along with several
specialized certifications, which have strengthened my expertise and allowed me to
offer evidence-based care. Being nominated for the “Most Prominent Nutritionist and
Holistic Health Nutrition Expert” award is also an important milestone and recognition
of the impact my work has had so far.
Beyond awards and qualifications, I take pride in the trust I have built with my patients
and the positive lifestyle changes I have been able to guide them through. Seeing
people regain confidence in their health, make informed decisions, and adopt
sustainable habits is, to me, the most significant achievement in this field.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
My work has never felt tedious because each patient brings a unique story, set of
challenges, and health goals. Guiding someone through their health journey and
witnessing even small, positive changes keeps the work meaningful and engaging.
The motivation comes from the impact I see in people’s lives – improved energy, better
sleep, healthier routines, and measurable progress in their health parameters.
Additionally, the trust patients place in me and the gratitude they express reinforce
why I do what I do. Even on challenging days, knowing that I am helping someone
regain confidence, adopt healthier habits, or achieve a goal keeps me focused and
inspired to continue learning and growing in my practice.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Beyond my professional work, I enjoy activities that keep me creative, curious, and
energized. I love sketching and exploring art, which allows me to express myself and
unwind. Solving puzzles is another favorite hobby – it challenges my mind and keeps
me sharp. I also enjoy dancing, which combines movement with joy and energy, and
helps me maintain balance in both body and mind. Cooking and baking, particularly
with a healthy twist, is another passion. I enjoy experimenting with ingredients, creating
nutritious recipes, and finding ways to make wholesome food both delicious and
enjoyable. These hobbies not only bring me personal joy but also inspire my
professional work, as they reflect my belief that health and creativity can go hand in
hand.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
One piece of advice I would share is to embrace continuous learning and curiosity.
Growth comes when we remain open to new knowledge, experiences, and
perspectives, and when we combine that learning with consistent effort and patience.
It’s equally important to be kind to yourself during the journey – progress may be
gradual, and setbacks are natural, but staying persistent and maintaining a positive
mindset makes a meaningful difference. Surrounding yourself with supportive people,
being empathetic toward others, and finding joy in the process rather than just the
results also help create a balanced and fulfilling path to success
