But we can all agree, Microsoft is a brand that is liked by everyone and has stayed in this world for years and will keep on growing.

Microsoft Corporation is a multinational technology company founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen on April 4, 1975. Its headquarters are located in Redmond, Washington, USA. At first, this company developed and sold BASIC interpreters for the Altair 8800. But around the mid-1980s, Microsoft rose to dominate the personal computer operating system market by producing MS-DOS followed by Microsoft Windows that changed the game of the computer world. This program impacted our society so much and now it’s the world’s most popular computer operating system. As of now, the CEO of the company is Satya Nadella. Bill Gates is a technical adviser. Due to Microsoft, Bill Gates rose to the top being the world’s wealthiest person.

From 1995 to 2017, he held the title of the “Billionaire”. In 2018, Microsoft was ranked 30th in the “Fortune 500” list. It is known as one of the big five companies along with Apple, Amazon, Google and Facebook. Calculated in 2019, the company has 151,163 employees. Its revenue is 125.8 Billion US dollars. This company’s rising fame and money produced three billionaires and 12,000 millionaires in the world. In April 2019, Microsoft arrived at the trillion-dollar showcase top, turning into the third U.S. open organization to be esteemed at over $1 trillion after Apple and Amazon individually.
