Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am a naturopathy doctor treating lifestyle and chronic disorders currently working at Patanjali, Haridwar, in the Yoggram unit. My work focuses on treating conditions like Diabetes , hypertension, thyroid, PCOD, cancer, Arthritis, spondylitis, and chronic joint pain through natural Therapies, I use yoga therapy, naturopathic treatments, diet correction, lifestyle modification and ayurvedic medication to promote natural healing.
How are you and your services helping society?
Through naturopathy, I help society by offering safe, natural, and non-invasive treatment for lifestyle disorders. My approach reduces dependence on painkillers and surgeries. I also guide patients toward preventive healthcare by educating them about diet, yoga, physical activity, and stress management, enabling them to maintain health , independence, and overall well-being.
What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work lies in its root-cause-based naturopathic approach. Instead of suppressing symptoms, I focus on detoxification, lifestyle correction, and natural therapies. Each treatment plan is personalized, helping patients achieve sustainable recovery and improved quality of life.
What are your vision and mission?
My vision is to create a pain-free and naturally healthy society. My mission is to promote naturopathy as an effective solution for lifestyle and chronic disorders, encourage self-healing through yoga and lifestyle discipline, and make people aware of preventive healthcare practices.
What are your achievements in this industry?
My greatest achievement is helping many patients recover from chronic lifestyle disorders and regain health through naturopathic treatment. Many have avoided surgery and long-term medication by adopting natural healing methods, which gives me deep professional satisfaction.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Although treating chronic conditions can be challenging, my work never feels tedious. Patient improvement, reduced pain, and increased mobility keep me motivated. Seeing natural healing work in real life inspires me to stay committed.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I enjoy practicing yoga, studying natural healing sciences, and reading wellness literature. I also like spreading awareness about naturopathy and healthy lifestyle practices among people.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
My advice is to respect your body’s natural healing power. Follow a disciplined lifestyle, eat mindfully, practice yoga regularly, and manage stress. Prevention through naturopathy is always better than cure.
