Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
My name is Hazera khwaja and I am an entrepreneur with a deep passion for fashion and creativity, and I run an online clothing business that offers trendy, comfortable, and quality apparel. My journey started with a love for design and a strong desire to bring affordable yet stylish fashion to people across different walks of life. My brand focuses on curating collections that resonate with both modern and traditional aesthetics, blending the best of both worlds. As a business owner, I handle everything from sourcing materials, overseeing design, managing digital marketing, to customer service. It’s a dynamic role that keeps me on my toes, and I truly enjoy the process of building something from scratch and watching it grow. I believe fashion is a powerful form of self-expression, and my work aims to make people feel confident and comfortable in what they wear.
How you and your service is helping society?
My online clothing business contributes to society in several meaningful ways. First, we support local artisans and small-scale manufacturers by sourcing materials and products from them, thereby contributing to sustainable employment. We are also mindful of ethical fashion and promote conscious consumerism by offering durable and season less pieces. Additionally, we occasionally run campaigns where a percentage of profits is donated to women’s education and skill development causes. We understand that fashion is not just about looking good, but also about feeling good and doing good. By offering accessible style through a digital platform, we also make fashion inclusive—reaching customers in smaller towns who may not have access to physical boutiques. Our platform empowers individuals to make style choices without compromising on comfort, cost or conscience.

What are your achievements in this industry?
Despite being a relatively young brand, we’ve managed to achieve some important milestones. We’ve successfully built a loyal customer base that spans across cities and even international clients through word-of-mouth and organic marketing. Our collections have been featured in a few local fashion blogs and online magazines, which gave us visibility and credibility. We’ve also collaborated with influencers and stylists to create buzz around our seasonal collections. Another major achievement is the repeat purchase rate we enjoy—our customers often come back and refer others, which speaks volumes about the quality and experience we offer. Additionally, our small team has grown, creating employment opportunities and nurturing talent in design, marketing, and operations. Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Like any entrepreneurial journey, there are days when things get challenging—logistics delays, customer complaints, or creative blocks. However, my passion for fashion and the joy of creating something meaningful always bring me back on track. Seeing someone wear our outfit and smile in it is incredibly fulfilling. I stay motivated by setting short-term and long-term goals. Celebrating small wins and constantly seeking feedback also helps in staying engaged. I remind myself why I started—to make fashion accessible and expressive for everyone. On tough days, I take a step back, reconnect with my creative side, or speak to customers who love our work. Their encouragement is often all the motivation I need. I also make sure to schedule time for rest and reflection so I don’t burn out. It’s this balance and clarity that keeps me going.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Outside of my work, I enjoy exploring new cultures through food, travel, and fashion. I have a deep interest in photography and often use that to capture our clothing pieces in unique ways for our brand’s content. Reading books on entrepreneurship, fashion history, and self-growth also keeps me inspired. I find peace in journaling and spending time with nature—it helps me recharge creatively. I also enjoy learning new skills; recently, I’ve been exploring graphic design and storytelling through video editing to enhance my brand’s digital presence. Music and dance are a big part of my life as well—they keep my energy and mood uplifted. I believe having hobbies outside of work helps maintain mental clarity and sparks creativity that I can bring back into my business.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
My key advice would be: start small, stay consistent, and always be open to learning. Success doesn’t come overnight, but every step forward counts. Don’t wait for the perfect moment—start with what you have, learn from failures, and adapt quickly. Never underestimate the power of networking and seeking mentorship. Surround yourself with people who uplift you and align with your vision. Also, don’t be afraid to stand out—your uniqueness is your strength. In today’s digital age, consistency, authenticity, and customer connection are more valuable than ever. Finally, take care of your mental health. Hustle, but don’t forget to pause and reflect. Growth is not just about scaling up but also becoming a better version of yourself. Dream big, but act daily—and the results will follow.
