Interview by The Success Today
Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Dt. Bharti Singh, a certified clinical dietitian with over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition and lifestyle management. My journey started with a simple belief — “Food is Medicine”. I specialize in therapeutic diets for weight management, PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, and cancer nutrition. I run a diet clinic where I offer personalized nutrition programs based on an individual’s medical condition, lifestyle, and food preferences. My goal is to simplify health and make nutrition accessible and sustainable for everyone. Through offline and online consultations, workshops, and awareness drives, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their health naturally.
How you and your service is helping society?
My work as a dietitian goes beyond just weight loss. I help people reverse lifestyle diseases, manage chronic conditions, and achieve hormonal balance through natural and sustainable nutrition. My health programs focus on education and empowerment — I want people to understand the ‘why’ behind what they eat. I also guide women battling PCOS and thyroid issues to regain confidence and feel healthier from within. Through seminars, online awareness content, and community initiatives, I contribute towards building a more health-conscious society. Good nutrition is the foundation of a strong community, and I’m proud to be playing a small part in that.
What is the USP of your work?
My USP lies in offering holistic, practical, and sustainable nutrition solutions. I don’t believe in crash diets or shortcuts. Each diet I create is rooted in science but adapted to Indian culture, taste, and lifestyle. I focus on local, seasonal foods, emotional well-being, and long-term health goals. Another strong differentiator is my deep empathy — I treat every client like family, understanding their journey, struggles, and goals. The combination of medical knowledge, cultural understanding, and emotional support is what truly sets my work apart in the nutrition industry.
What are your Vision and Mission?
My Vision is to create a world where every individual is empowered with the knowledge to take charge of their health through food.
My Mission is to offer personalized, evidence-based nutritional care that supports disease reversal, hormonal balance, and overall well-being. I aim to make people understand that health is not a luxury — it is a basic necessity that starts from the kitchen. My mission also includes spreading awareness through social media and offline programs to promote preventive health care in India.
What are your achievements in this industry?
Over the years, I’ve helped more than 5,000 clients transform their health across India and abroad. I’ve been invited as a guest speaker at various health awareness programs and have successfully conducted wellness workshops for corporates and women’s groups. My weight loss and PCOS reversal success stories have been featured on multiple platforms. I’ve also launched customized diet plans for special needs like cancer recovery, diabetes control, and thyroid balance. Recently, my Instagram platform has become a powerful tool to educate and inspire thousands with real stories and easy nutrition tips.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Like any profession, there are challenges. But when I see someone reversing diabetes, conceiving naturally after PCOS, or feeling confident after years of weight struggles — that keeps me going. The joy in my clients’ eyes, their trust, and transformation stories fuel my passion every single day. I stay motivated by constantly upgrading my knowledge, reading, and attending health seminars. Also, I remind myself that I am not just changing meals, I am changing lives — and that’s a responsibility I cherish.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Outside of my profession, I enjoy reading self-help and health-related books. I also love cooking and experimenting with healthy versions of traditional recipes. Traveling is another hobby I deeply cherish as it exposes me to different food cultures and lifestyles, which enrich my practice. I enjoy connecting with like-minded women entrepreneurs and supporting small businesses. Spending quality time with my son and engaging in creative activities with him is one of my favorite ways to unwind.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
One advice I would give is — Consistency beats perfection. Don’t wait for the perfect time or situation to take charge of your health, career, or dreams. Start small, stay consistent, and trust the process. Believe in your journey and never compare it with others. Whether it’s in health or life, results come to those who are patient, passionate, and persistent. Also, take care of your physical and emotional well-being — because when you feel good inside, you do good outside.
