Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am an educator and entrepreneur dedicated to early childhood development and family support systems. My professional journey began in the insurance sector, where I spent over a decade understanding family needs and responsibilities. In 2020, I transitioned into the education sector with a strong purpose — to contribute meaningfully to children’s foundational growth.Today, I lead EuroKids Khandhapada Dahisar West and Free Fly Zone Day Care & Activity Centre. My work focuses on creating safe, nurturing, and development-oriented environments where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.I strongly believe that early childhood is the most important phase of life, and the right environment during these years shapes confident individuals. Alongside education, I am passionate about empowering women by creating platforms that promote identity, confidence, and leadership.Through my initiatives, I aim to support both children and parents — helping families function with balance and trust in today’s demanding lifestyle. My work goes beyond academics; it is about nurturing confidence, emotional strength, and future readiness in both children and women.
How you and your service is helping society?
Our services strengthen two essential pillars of society — children and families.We provide a structured yet nurturing environment that supports children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In today’s fast-paced world, dependable childcare is crucial for working parents. Our centres offer peace of mind by ensuring children are safe, engaged, and growing positively.We focus on holistic development through activity-based learning, communication skills, and social interaction, helping children become confident and expressive individuals.Beyond childcare, we are committed to women empowerment. Many women pause their aspirations due to family responsibilities. Through recognition platforms and empowerment initiatives, we encourage them to rediscover confidence and identity.By nurturing confident children and empowering women, we contribute to stronger families — and ultimately, a more stable and progressive society.
What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work lies in our holistic approach to early childhood education.We focus not only on academics but also on emotional development, communication, and confidence building. Our environment encourages independence and self-expression from an early age.A strong parent engagement model is another key strength. We actively involve parents in the growth journey of their children, ensuring transparency and collaboration. This commitment has been recognised with the Radiance Excellence Award for Best Parent Engagement.Additionally, we provide a reliable support system for working families, addressing a crucial need in modern lifestyles.Our work extends beyond education into social impact through initiatives that recognise and empower individuals.Our aim is not just to educate children, but to nurture confident personalities and support balanced family systems.
What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to nurture confident children and empowered women who contribute to emotionally strong families and communities.My mission is to provide quality early childhood education and dependable childcare that supports both the developmental needs of children and the professional aspirations of parents.I aim to create environments where children feel safe to express themselves, develop communication skills, and build confidence from an early stage.Simultaneously, I am committed to creating platforms that help women rediscover their identity and leadership potential.Through education and empowerment, my goal is to promote holistic growth — academically, emotionally, and socially — for both children and families.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I have successfully established EuroKids Khandhapada Dahisar West and Free Fly Zone Day Care & Activity Centre, both known for their nurturing and holistic approach.
My work has been recognised by the Skill Bharat Association in association with UNESCO at the Jio Convention Centre.
I received the Radiance Excellence Award in association with Vibgyor for Best Parent Engagement.
I was honoured with the Sanjeevani Seed of Knowledge Award for exceptional contribution to education and nurturing young minds.
I also received the Skill Bharat Samman – Citizenship Excellence Award for contributions towards skill development and social impact.
Additionally, I was recognised by JBCN International School with the Guardians of the Future honour for leadership in early childhood education.These recognitions reflect trust in my work towards shaping confident children and supporting families.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
While the field can be demanding, it never feels meaningless. Seeing children grow in confidence and parents place their trust in us keeps me motivated.Whenever challenges arise, I reconnect with my purpose — shaping young lives and supporting families.Purpose transforms effort into passion.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I enjoy voice modulation and aspire to explore dubbing professionally. I am also interested in content creation, event planning, and educational concept designing.Reading motivational content and engaging in creative activities helps me stay inspired and balanced.
