Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Hello, I am Veena BK, The Spiritual Happiness Coach for Corporate Moms.
I am an Ex-Banker.In my Second Innings, I found my Passion and Purpose, Helping and Guiding Moms with Emotional Problems, through Life Coaching and Healing.
Looking Back I realize, even as a Banker, my Colleagues would connect with me for Mentoring and Guidance, for both professional and personal aspects of their Life. Also, I went through many challenges and emotional upheavals in my own life. Being a Mom myself, I struggled all alone balancing my Professional life, Personal life, and Parenting role. Now I am the Catalyst and Guide in the Mom’s Life, so that she finds Happiness by adapting Easy Principles.
How you and your service is helping society?
Moms Feel So Alone and Feel Unsupported. She is the Pillar of the Family. So when she learns to Handle her Emotions and Start Loving and honoring herself, her Dignity is restored and She feels Happy and Peaceful. This Mother Transforms & Inspires Her Entire Family.
What is the USP of your work?
Practical Spirituality is the Base of my Healing and Coaching. Spirituality gives a broader perspective & understanding and one feels content and peaceful when one connects with their own Inner Self and Higher Source. But Moms being stuck in practical problems cannot see beyond their challenges. With Simple and Practical yet Deeply Spiritual methods, I help Moms to Practice Simple Spiritual Processes in an easy effortless quick way. Her Energy changes to positive and she develops Patience & Calmness with this Practical Spirituality.
This brings Magical Solutions not only to her but also to the people around her.
What are your Vision and Mission?
My Mission is to Help Moms find Spiritual Happiness not only for themselves but also for their families.
My Vision is Happy Smiles for Moms, Their Families, and the entire Society. DO GOOD, BE GOOD, FEEL GOOD is my Mantra and Vision. I also have a Huge Dream of Charitable Initiatives in memory of my Sister Deepa, who is physically not with us today, as she suffered Emotional Problems and gave up on her Life. That is the main reason I do what I do.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I have guided 4000+ Moms all over India and 6 other countries virtually thanks to technology. I am an Author of 5 Books, a Certified Sound Healer, and Also an NLP & HYPNOSIS Practitioner. I have been invited to be a speaker in various forums.
I have been into Meditation For more than 25 years. I completed 10 days of Silent Vipassana Retreat twice and it was a Life Changing Experience. With this background, I am seeing Effortless Transformation in my Clients (Moms) which is my Biggest Achievement.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
I love my work and enjoy my interactions with my clients or upskilling myself so that I can be of more service. But occasionally I feel overwhelmed when other time demands come upon me, owing to family or social commitments. Initially, I manage, but when I think I need it, I take breaks and replenish my Energy by indulging in Self-healing, Being in Nature, Silence and Meditation Intense Practices, Journalling, etc.,
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Cooking, Baking, Reading Books on many topics, Art, Listening to Classical and Bollywood Music
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
The Journey is Long. Take one step at a time and enjoy the journey rather than waiting for the destination.
