Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Hi! My name is Eti Jain.
I am a Clinical Dietitian with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to making healthy living practical and achievable for everyone. My journey in this field is rooted in a strong academic foundation—3 years of B.Sc. in Dietetics, an M.Sc. in Nutrition, and the prestigious RD training in Dietetics from Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore.
Professionally, I have worked with renowned organizations like Healthkart, HealthifyMe, and HCL Healthcare. Currently, I serve as a Nutrition Manager at Dr. Morepen while also freelancing and working part-time under my own organization, Nutrition Care Clinic. My expertise extends to leading nutrition workshops for schools, government offices, and private organizations.
My mission is to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical application by creating diet plans that are not only effective but also enjoyable and sustainable.

How you and your service is helping society?
Through my expertise, I offer diet plans and consultations tailored to real challenges people face, backed by science, not trends. I’ve conducted sessions in corporates, schools, and government offices, spreading awareness about sustainable nutrition. From hosting radio talks on BBD FM and Radio City to addressing myths and misinformation, I’ve made it my mission to empower people to choose qualified professionals for their health journeys.

What is the USP of your work?
My unique approach blends clinical expertise with a personal touch. Whether working with corporate professionals, chronic patients, or everyday individuals, my diet plans are evidence-based, flexible, and practical. My clients appreciate that I dedicate time to understanding their needs instead of offering cookie-cutter solutions.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to make science-backed nutrition accessible to all. My mission is to guide people towards healthier lives through balanced diets tailored to their needs, encouraging them to trust qualified professionals over unverified wellness trends.

What are your achievements in this industry?
My achievements are best reflected in the life-changing transformations of my clients—be it significant weight loss, reversing diabetes, or achieving healthy weight gain. Watching them embrace their healthier selves with pride and confidence is my biggest reward. The love and trust of my clients have also earned me the No. 1 spot on Google searches for Dietitian in Lucknow—try it yourself!
Professionally, I started as an RD trainee at Apollo Hospitals and went on to work with reputed corporates like Healthkart and HealthifyMe, served as a Medical Nutritionist in Medanta, and took on the role of Clinical Dietitian at HCL Healthcare, managing the entire healthcare center. Currently, I am contributing as a Nutrition Manager at Dr. Morepen.
My expertise extends to public platforms as well. My articles and opinions have been featured in Times Now, Navbharat Times, HT Shots, and CEIA Magazine. I’ve also shared my knowledge on radio shows like BBD FM and Radio City. Each milestone reminds me of the gratitude I owe to my clients and my unwavering commitment to helping others lead healthier lives.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
While creating a truly effective diet plan takes time and precision, seeing the transformation in my clients’ lives keeps me inspired. Working across various fields has given me a broader perspective, and the trust my clients place in me motivates me to continue making an impact.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I love experimenting with recipes to make them healthier, staying grounded through yoga, and exploring nature through hikes. Hosting interactive sessions and busting myths about diets on social platforms also keeps me energized.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
