Interview by The Success Today

Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
HI! I’m Khushie, an ICF Certified Life Coach, an NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Soft Skills Trainer with over six years of experience in the corporate world. With an MBA from the University of Pune, I’ve worked with reputed organizations like Concentrix and Tata Communications before fully stepping into the world of coaching and content creation. I specialize in empowering women, especially pregnant and postpartum mothers through emotional resilience coaching. I also run an Instagram Handle called Momandbabyorder where I create engaging content and shed light on the raw, unfiltered journey of motherhood. In addition to this, I’m an author of the book Clueless To Confident – Tales Of Trials And Triumph In My Twenties. My journey into coaching and content creation began from my own personal transformation and today, my work reflects my passion for mental wellness, emotional intelligence and storytelling with an impact.

How you and your service is helping society?
My work focuses on emotional resilience, mindfulness and mental wellness, especially for women navigating life changes like pregnancy and postpartum. Through coaching sessions, workshops and digital content, I offer a safe, non judgmental space where women can share their challenges, rediscover their strength, and equip themselves with tools to lead more balanced lives. I also work with young adults and corporate teams to build confidence, communication, and clarity through soft skills and NLP techniques. My platform, Momandbabyorder, is a community-driven initiative that encourages real
conversations, support, and awareness around maternal mental health – an area still largely under represented in our society.
Additionally, the free meditations and affirmations I offer help people manage anxiety, build positive self-talk, and improve focus and peace of mind. I believe that when one person heals, they inspire healing in others. By creating impact at the individual level, my work contributes to building a healthier, more emotionally aware society.

What is the USP of your work?
What sets my work apart is the blend of authenticity, emotional connection and scientific tools I bring to the table. I don’t just coach from a textbook, I coach from lived experiences. As a mother, professional and someone who has overcome personal struggles, I deeply understand what it means to feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed.
My USP lies in combining NLP techniques, coaching frameworks, and mindfulness with
storytelling and humor to make even complex emotions feel approachable and manageable. Whether I’m hosting a podcast, writing a blog, or coaching one-on-one, I create a space where vulnerability is celebrated and transformation is achievable. I also focus specifically on women during pregnancy and postpartum – a niche that’s rarely addressed with the empathy and depth it deserves.
My content is relatable, my tools are practical, and my mission is rooted in real-life
impact. In short, I don’t just guide people – I walk with them on their journey.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to build a world where emotional resilience is as prioritized as physical health-where women, especially mothers, feel seen, heard, and supported in every phase of their lives. I envision communities where mental wellness is not a luxury but a necessity, and where vulnerability is not judged but embraced.
My mission is to empower one woman at a time to heal from within, find her voice, and live life with confidence and clarity.
Through coaching, content, and community-driven initiatives, I aim to create tools and spaces that make
emotional wellbeing accessible and relatable. Whether it’s through my Instagram channel Momandbabyorder or coaching sessions – I’m here to help individuals not just survive their struggles
but thrive beyond them. I want every woman to know: your story matters, your voice is valid, and your transformation is possible.

What are your achievements in this industry?
Over the years, through my corporate experience I’ve had the privilege of meeting several individuals who come with their diverse experiences. One of my proudest achievements is building Momandbabyorder, a digital platform and safe space for pregnant and postpartum mothers to connect and grow together. I’ve also authored a book titled Clueless To Confident ,Tales Of Trials And Triumph, In My Twenties that shines, light upon the messy yet, purpose driven life of younger me. In addition, I’ve been invited to speak at wellness events and corporate forums to share insights on mindfulness, soft skills, and emotional intelligence. I consider every transformed life a milestone – each message from a mom saying she felt heard, or a individual who became more confident after a session, reaffirms my purpose. The recognition I cherish most is the trust and love of my growing community

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? if so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it
Absolutely, there are days when the work feels exhausting, especially juggling between motherhood, coaching, content creation, and community building. But I remind myself daily why I started because I once needed someone to hold space for me, and now I get to do that for others. My biggest motivator is the transformation I witness in the people I work with-the moments when their eyes light up with clarity or when they finally believe in themselves. That keeps me going. I also stay grounded with my own mental wellness practices- meditation, journaling, and regular breaks help recharge my mind. Collaborating with other mothers, spending time in nature, and reading also give me a fresh perspective. Burnout is real, but passion is the antidote. And when my work starts to feel like a burden, I take it as a sign to pause, realign with my ‘why, and come back with renewed energy.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Outside of work, I’m a huge nature lover and enjoy spending time outdoors- whether it’s playing in the snow, taking long walks, or simply watching the sunset. Traveling is a big part of my life; I love exploring new cultures, food, and stories that lie in every corner of the world. I’m also a big fan of music and writing-both help me express my emotions and creativity. Dancing around the house with my little one is one of my favorite stress busters! I enjoy reading books and I also like experimenting with healthy recipes. Another interest of mine is creating digital art and wellness resources-it’s fun, therapeutic, and purposeful.
Basically, anything that allows me to connect, create, and feel alive is where I find joy.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
Thank you! If there’s one piece of advice I’d love to share, it’s this: Don’t wait to feel ready-take that leap, even if your knees are shaking. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort; it happens in moments of uncertainty when you decide to show up anyway. Don’t be afraid of failing-be afraid of staying stuck. Whether it’s starting a business, leaving a toxic relationship, or pursuing healing, your journey begins with one brave decision. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, invest in your emotional wellbeing, and always remember -your story matters. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Start messy, start scared, but start anyway. And lastly, be kind to yourself. You are your longest commitment-love yourself through the highs and the lows. Progress over perfection, always.
