Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Hi! My name is Vidya Sawant
I am an engineer by profession, but I took a break from my career to focus on raising my
children. During my time as a homemaker, I became deeply interested in health and
nutrition, ensuring my kids had a healthy diet. This passion grew over time, leading me to
formally study nutrition, complete certifications, and eventually turn it into a career. In late
2020, I started my own business in the health and nutrition space, helping others make
informed and healthy lifestyle choices.

How you and your service is helping society?
Through my health and nutrition business, I empower women to take control of their wellbeing through my diet plans and holistic lifestyle guidance. My services focus on addressing
women’s specific health concerns, such as hormonal balance, irregular periods, postpartum
nutrition, and overall wellness. By educating and supporting women in making sustainable
health choices, I aim to create a lasting impact on their lives, helping them feel stronger,
healthier and more confident.

What is the USP of your work?
I don’t just focus on weight loss—I specialize in addressing key nutritional deficiencies that
impact women’s health, such as iron, calcium, and vitamin deficiencies. My diet plans are
designed to improve overall well-being, regulate irregular periods, balance hormones, and
support long-term health. By providing science-backed nutrition guidance, I help women
build sustainable, healthy lifestyles beyond just numbers on a scale.

What are your Vision and Mission?
I envision a world where healthy living is accessible and sustainable for everyone. My mission
is to empower individuals by offering simple, homemade meal plans that prioritize inch loss
and fat loss over weight loss. I focus on practical lifestyle modifications, providing guidance
on real, lasting changes to diet and habits. Through education on the right health practices, I
aim to help people improve not just their bodies but their overall quality of life without
restrictive diets or complicated routines.

What are your achievements in this industry?
I’ve had the privilege of helping over 2500 clients achieve their health goals. Some of my
most notable achievements include successfully assisting individuals in reversing conditions
like diabetes, PCOS, PCOD and fatty liver. Additionally, I’ve supported many clients in their
journey toward conception through personalized nutrition plans. These successes reflect my
commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting results for my clients, which I believe is the
true measure of success in this industry.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated
towards it?

While any work can feel challenging at times, I find immense satisfaction in the positive
impact I make in people’s lives. Knowing that I help individuals overcome health struggles
and achieve their goals keeps me motivated. What drives me is the feeling of fulfillment that
comes from seeing clients regain their confidence, improve their health, and feel
empowered to make lasting lifestyle changes. When things feel tedious, I remind myself of
these successes and the bigger picture helping people lead healthier, more balanced lives.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Outside of my profession, I have a deep love for traveling, which allows me to explore new
cultures and gain fresh perspectives. I also enjoy dancing, as it’s a great way to express
myself and stay active. Socializing with friends and family is another important part of my
life, it helps me stay grounded and inspired. These activities help me recharge and bring
balance to my life, allowing me to stay energized and passionate about my work.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers
to grow in life

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that growth in life comes from being open
to learning and embracing change. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone—
whether it’s switching careers, learning new skills, or overcoming challenges. It’s essential to
be consistent in your efforts, but also to be patient with yourself. Success doesn’t happen
overnight. Focus on the small steps, keep your long-term vision in mind, and remember that
every setback is a chance to learn and grow. Surround yourself with supportive people who
inspire you and never stop believing in your ability to create the life you want.
