Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Hello, I’m Dr. Purva Katariya, a BPT, MPT in Orthopaedics (Silver Medalist), Nutritionist, and I also hold a PG Diploma in Psychology and Counseling. I am the Founder of HolisticPhysio, where I have the privilege of offering high-quality physiotherapy treatment in Pune for the past 6 years. My clinic is located in Bibwewadi, near Gangadham Chowk.
As a passionate and dedicated Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapist, I focus on a holistic approach to healing, helping my patients restore their well-being. I believe in combining my knowledge and experience to guide individuals towards a healthier and more balanced life..
How you and your service is helping society?
I as a Physiotherapist believe that movement is medicine which means a lot of physical problems can be solved without using medicines and painkillers. At HolisticPhysio we strongly believe and work on your physical , nutritional & psychological levels of pain and problems in order to provide 100% cure .
We are on a mission to promote painfree lifestyle.
What is the USP of your work?
Our USP is working on all 3 main aspects of human body which is physical, nutritional & psychological along with simple and effective modifications in your everyday life.
We believe every patient is different so the line of treatment should also be different for each one.
What are your vision and mission?
My vision is to make people aware that a lot of orthopaedic conditions can be managed without painkillers & surgery can be avoided in many cases.
Also alot of degenerative conditions can be prevented by the help of Physiotherapy and Nutrition.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Yes work can be tedious alot of time. But only thing that keeps moving is my patients goals. To get better & cured by achieving their goals of pain free lifestyle & conducting their favorite activities without any fear. Their goal feels like personal aim.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I love to travel and explore new places, love exploring new food joints, restraints & cafes.
Love cooking as a hobby. Swimming & Trekking is my fav activity.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
I would like to say dare to dream. Take efforts to fulfill your dreams.
