I am Samyuktha, an Integrative Clinical Nutritionist with 19 years of experience in health and wellness. My work focuses on identifying the root cause behind health issues through food, lifestyle correction, gut health, stress management, and routine balancing. I guide people dealing with digestion issues, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and lifestyle disorders using practical and sustainable methods. My approach combines traditional food wisdom with modern nutritional understanding to help people heal naturally and build long-term wellness.

How you and your service is helping society?
My work helps people understand the connection between food, stress, sleep, digestion, and overall health. I focus on preventive health care and lifestyle correction rather than temporary fixes. Through consultations and awareness content, I guide people toward healthier routines, better food choices, improved digestion, emotional balance, and sustainable wellness. My goal is to help people take control of their health before chronic issues develop.

What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work is my root-cause approach. I connect symptoms with lifestyle, digestion, hormones, sleep, stress, and inflammation instead of treating health concerns separately. I also simplify complex health topics into practical guidance that suits Indian lifestyles. My focus is always on realistic, sustainable healing through food and routine correction rather than extreme diets or temporary trends.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to create awareness about preventive health care and sustainable living. I want people to understand the importance of food, routine, emotional balance, and gut health in overall wellness. My mission is to help individuals heal naturally through practical lifestyle correction, nutrition education, and long-term healthy habits that fit into everyday life.

What are your achievements in this industry?
One of my biggest achievements is completing 19 years in the wellness industry while helping people improve their health naturally. I have guided individuals dealing with gut issues, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and lifestyle disorders through personalized nutrition and routine correction. Building trust and creating awareness through practical health education has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Like any profession, there are challenging days, especially when working closely with people and their health struggles. However, seeing positive transformations in people’s energy, digestion, sleep, and confidence keeps me motivated. I stay driven by continuously learning, educating people, and remembering the purpose behind my work — helping individuals build a healthier and more balanced life.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I enjoy creating educational wellness content, learning about psychology and lifestyle behavior, and exploring traditional food practices. I also enjoy traveling, spending time with family, organizing routines, and observing ways to improve emotional and physical well-being. I believe hobbies should support balance, creativity, and self-growth.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
My advice is to stay consistent, disciplined, and patient with your journey. Real growth takes time. Never ignore your health while chasing success because physical and emotional well-being influence every area of life. Focus on small daily improvements, stay connected to your values, and avoid comparing your journey with others. Long-term success always comes from strong habits and consistency.
