Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
Manish Yadav is an internationally certified Fitness Trainer. He trains wide range of people who have different fitness goals like improving body composition, general fitness, sports performance and static postures. He is 46 years old and has rich experience in transforming bodies into their best shapes naturally. He is well known in the fitness industry today for his scientific and result oriented approach. He is certified in following areas of fitness-

It all starts with an idea of turning the passion into profession. Manish Yadav is a passionate fitness lover from the beginning and lives an active lifestyle. By education, he is an MBA and PGCDM from premier institutes. After having worked for more than a decade in the corporate world, he realized his passion in helping people to achieve their fitness goals. To pursue this mission, he founded MFG (My Fitness Goal).
How you and your service is helping society?
In the age of the Internet, we are surrounded by a lot of information, but it is not clear to most people that which information is true and applicable to them as well. Lack of knowledge and experience becomes a hurdle in their fitness journey.

My Fitness Goal has a clear vision to reach people online and provide science based fitness training for improving their health, fitness and performance at affordable rates. It helps people in transforming their body naturally through a sound training program. Since fitness programs are built upon research based findings therefore very effective and results are bound to happen. It eliminates hit and trial approach used by most trainers to give results. The focus of training is not only to change your physical appearance, but also bring fitness into your lifestyle.
What are your achievements in this industry?
My Fitness Goal soon became a successful venture due to the dedication and client’s positive feedback. Our clients are happy as we own their fitness goals. We strive to build long term relationship with our clients by becoming partners in their fitness journey. Through word of mouth only we have become first choice for online fitness training. Now we cater clients throughout the world and they are mostly from India, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia etc.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
“While I truly enjoy my work as a fitness trainer, there are certainly moments that can feel repetitive, especially when working with clients who have similar goals or routines. However, I stay driven and motivated by focusing on a few key strategies.
First, I prioritize continuous learning. I regularly seek out new training techniques, nutrition trends, and fitness certifications. This not only keeps my skills sharp but also adds variety to my sessions, which I can then share with my clients.
Second, I set personal goals for myself, both in my fitness journey and in my career. Whether it’s mastering a new workout style or improving my client retention, having clear objectives keeps me engaged and excited about my progress.
I also love to build strong relationships with my clients. Each individual’s journey is unique, and celebrating their milestones keeps me motivated. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and transformation, which reinforces my passion for helping others.
Lastly, I incorporate variety into my training programs. I regularly mix up workouts and try new activities, not only for my clients but for myself as well. This helps prevent monotony and keeps both me and my clients excited about our sessions.
In summary, while there can be tedious moments, my passion for fitness, commitment to learning, and strong client relationships drive me to stay motivated and inspired in my work.”
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Outside of my profession as a fitness trainer, I have a variety of hobbies that keep me balanced and inspired. One of my main interests is outdoor activities, like hiking and travelling. I love being in nature, and it allows me to recharge while also staying active. I find that these experiences often enhance my creativity and passion for fitness.
I’m also passionate about nutrition and cooking. I enjoy experimenting with healthy recipes and learning about different cuisines. This interest not only fuels my own fitness journey but also helps me guide my clients in making better dietary choices.
Additionally, I’m an avid reader, particularly in the fields of personal development and wellness. I believe that continuous learning is essential, and I often incorporate new insights into my training programs.
Lastly, I enjoy volunteering in community fitness events and workshops. It’s rewarding to share my knowledge and help others discover the joys of physical activity.
These interests keep me engaged and provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, which I think is essential in my role as a trainer.”

“We don’t reach to any goal in our life by accident. There is always a systematic, planned approach behind every success story. The same holds true as well when you are striving to achieve health and fitness goals. If you get right direction, then half of your battle is won.
