Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
My name is Siba Prasad Lenka, and I am an IAO & ISSA Certified Health and Fitness Expert. I founded REP’s Fit with the goal of promoting health and wellness in the community. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on providing personalized training programs and guidance to help individuals improve their physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. My passion for fitness and dedication to empowering people has led me to continuously learn and apply evidence-based practices, ensuring that the services I provide are of the highest quality. My mission is to help people lead healthier, happier lives through proper training, nutrition, and motivation.
How you and your service is helping society?
At REP’s Fit, we focus on transforming people’s lives by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Our services are centered around personalized fitness programs tailored to individuals’ needs, ensuring they stay consistent on their journey to better health. By creating a supportive community, we empower individuals to overcome their limitations and build lasting healthy habits. We also focus on educating clients about the importance of balanced nutrition, mental well-being, and physical activity, thus contributing to their overall wellness. What is the USP of your work?
The unique selling point (USP) of my work is my personalized approach to fitness and well-being. Every individual is different, and I understand that a one-size-fits-all solution doesn’t work for health and fitness. At REP’s Fit, we provide tailored programs that take into account each person’s goals, lifestyle, and limitations. My certifications and experience give me the ability to blend scientific knowledge with practical training, ensuring effective results. Additionally, our focus on creating a positive and motivating environment helps clients not only achieve their fitness targets but also enjoy the process. What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to create a society where health and fitness are a part of everyone’s daily routine—where people are not just physically fit but mentally strong and confident in their abilities. The mission of REP’s Fit is to empower individuals by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and motivation needed to achieve their health goals. What are your achievements in this industry?
Throughout my career as a health and fitness expert, I’ve been able to help numerous clients achieve transformative results, both physically and mentally. One of my proudest achievements is the founding of REP’s Fit, which has grown into a reputable platform for health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve been able to positively impact the lives of individuals from various walks of life, including those facing health challenges, helping them achieve a level of fitness they never thought possible. Additionally, being certified by IAO and ISSA has given me credibility and recognition in the industry, and I continue to use my knowledge to contribute to the well-being of my community.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
There are times when my work can be physically demanding or mentally exhausting, but it never feels tedious. The satisfaction of seeing clients progress and achieve their goals keeps me motivated. Knowing that I am contributing to improving someone’s quality of life is incredibly fulfilling. To stay driven, I remind myself of my purpose and the positive impact I am making. Additionally, I set personal goals and constantly seek ways to enhance my skills. Surrounding myself with passionate people—whether clients or fellow fitness professionals—helps maintain my enthusiasm and love for what I do.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for outdoor activities and adventure. I enjoy hiking, cycling, and exploring new trails, as they allow me to stay active while connecting with nature. I also have an interest in yoga and meditation, which help me maintain balance and mental clarity. Reading books on psychology and self-development is another hobby of mine, as I’m always eager to expand my knowledge about human behavior and motivation. Cooking healthy meals is something I find both relaxing and rewarding, as it aligns well with my focus on fitness and well-being.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
My advice to anyone looking to grow in life is to prioritize consistency and self-discipline. Success, whether in health or any other aspect of life, is not about quick fixes but about small, consistent actions taken daily. Set clear goals and remind yourself why they matter to you. Always be open to learning—seek knowledge, embrace challenges, and grow from setbacks. Surround yourself with people who uplift you and share your vision, as a strong support system is crucial. Lastly, take care of your physical and mental health. True success comes when you find a balance between achievement and well-being.
