- Tell us a bit about yourself and your business.
Myself Vaishnavi Nilay Joshi. I have done my MBA in Finance, which gave me the major push towards dreaming about becoming an entrepreneur. I have 2 years of working experience in MNCs. My dream got a kick only after I got married to Nilay.
Nilay has done his Master’s in Mass Communication. He has always wanted to run a manufacturing unit delivering distinct products. In this way, we both shared the same vision and dream of creating a unique brand. So, we decided to set up our own brand- Riddham Shopping.
- What inspired you to start a career in this field?
My husband and I have shared the vision and dream of becoming successful entrepreneurs. We have always desired to make creative and designer products, intending to make them affordable for all. This is what led us to launch Riddham Shopping.
- What services or products do you provide and how are they beneficial to your customers?
Riddham Shopping is largely a clothing brand. We make high-quality designer kurtis, lehengas, tops and dresses in many patterns. We make sure to offer products that are comfortable and make a great choice for our customers.
We also produce customized t-shirts and dresses. At Riddham Shopping, we combine fashion with comfort and deliver products that are of utmost choice. In addition to the wide range of clothes, we also offer home decor products.
We try to keep transparency in our work and welcome any query from our customers.
- What have you achieved so far in this industry?
It hasn’t been too long since we launched Riddham Shopping. Yet, in this short period of time, the brand has managed to receive great applaud. We have supplied customized t-shirts to UNICEF and designer dresses for various events. From packaging to the quality of product, our services have been highly appreciated each time.
- What drives your passion and motivates you to work tirelessly?
We’ve always focussed on creating products that are trending & fresh in design. This is what makes us distinct from others. Positive customer reviews and satisfactory responses motivate us to work even harder and manufacture high-end products for our customers.
- What is your one piece of advice for achieving success in life?
As per our experience, taking care of the requirements of customers & quality of service is of utmost importance for producing high-end results. Further, working with pure devotion will lead you towards success.
