I’m Jothi Nandhini, born and raised in Chennai. I hold an engineering degree and have completed Master’s diploma in Cosmetology and Fashion design and, PG Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology. With extensive experience as a professional Trainer and in leadership roles at reputed Chennai brands, I now serve as the Co-founder and MD of Jos Fashion Destiny, offering comprehensive solutions for Fashion and Beauty needs.

We foster women’s entrepreneurship by offering top-notch training in the Fashion and Beauty industry at highly affordable rates. Beyond the core curriculum, we provide complimentary sessions on Sales, Marketing, and business insights to our students, leveraging our own industry expertise.
3. What is the USP of your work?
Our deep empathy for our clients, rooted in our personal experiences, allows us to offer customized solutions. Recognizing that conventional educational approaches may not suit everyone, we priorities individualized attention, identifying strengths and weaknesses to deliver exceptional training in tailoring and fashion design.
4. What are your Vision and Mission?
Vision: To empower women entrepreneurship in the fashion and beauty industry and become a go-to destination for all Fashion and Beauty needs. Mission: To uphold quality, ethics, and individual attention throughout our journey.
5. What are your achievements in this industry?
Notable achievements include profitability from inception, enrolling our 100th student within five months of opening, and being recognized as socially responsible, earning the title of the best emerging fashion designing institute by a renowned welfare association in Chennai.
6. Does your work ever feel tedious to you?
If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it? – I’ve never found my work tedious; running a business has always been my dream, and I’m living it. I derive happiness and motivation from enjoying the journey rather than fixating on results or numbers.
7. What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Apart from Fashion and Beauty, I enjoy watching movies, especially in theatres, regardless of their quality.
8. You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
While everyone is highly informed, I emphasize two timeless principles: Firstly, recognize that challenges are temporary and will eventually pass. Secondly, cherish the journey rather than fixating solely on achieving specific outcomes.
