Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
As a versatile professional with a background in different fields, I have developed a range of skills in analytical thinking, communication, and leadership. My education has equipped me with a deep understanding of design principles, project management, and technical expertise.
I started as a site engineer intern, alongside I was doing freelancing in Makeup and Hair & as an Interior designer.
I worked and built along with Founders & Directors at RENEE COSMETICS PVT. LTD. as a Business Accelerator since its foundation, where I established processes and oversaw vendor communication, Product development, market research and trends, operations, procurement, marketing, production, and legal coordination for trademark applications, patents, copyrights, and design applications.
I worked and built WOO gin at WOO DISTILLERIES PVT. LTD. – As the Operations Head, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.
How you and your service is helping society?
As I have a diversified portfolio in my education and work
experiences, I have knowledge and skill set in multiple industries which is important to run a
business. Business is something that can’t be built in a day, it takes years to build trust, authenticity, and productivity. If we talk about my multifaceted expertise, I have done UCMAS
(Mental Arithmetic) which emphasizes my control of numbers and calculations. My Engineering field taught me to build or construct things with accuracy and safety. My inner designer and art soul help to represent FUGENO on point and direct to consumers via design aesthetics. I have done LLB (one year only) which gives me knowledge and control for handling legal activities. Lastly, my freelancing experience in the beauty industry upscaled my knowledge and skills for products. It is very important to know how to make a product and how to use the product!
Combining all these experiences, I am expecting FUGENO to set a benchmark for beauty,
health and wellness, lifestyle, food and beverage, and many more industries. Fingers crossed!

Innovation and Facts!!
I always prefer to give innovative things that can serve real-life facts via products as they are part of the human lifestyle. I try to serve things which can directly solve the problems faced by consumers. I am very rebellious when it comes to work as for me, timeliness are everything. I have always done my projects on or before time on less budget.
What are your Vision and Mission?
Vision: To be the transformative force that empowers Generations to embrace their authentic selves, fostering a world where beauty, wellness, and fashion are grounded in inclusivity, sustainability, and holistic well-being.
Mission: At FUGENO, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the approach to beauty, wellness, Health, fashion, and many more things for Generations. Our mission is to provide innovative, inclusive, and sustainable solutions that address the unique challenges faced by these generations.
What are your achievements in this industry?
a. Freelance Makeup & Hair Artist for 2 years and 8 months, demonstrating entrepreneurial
spirit and creative talent.
b. Business Accelerator at RENEE COSMETICS PVT. LTD for 2 years and 5 months, instrumental in establishing processes and overseeing various aspects of operations, supply chain, and legal coordination, Expertise in New Product Development, including market surveys, product trends, formulation, packaging, certifications, and international product development.
c. Operations Head at WOO DISTILLERIES PVT. LTD, overseeing all operational aspects
of the company for 1 year
d. VIP invitee for 2 years at CMPL, the largest sourcing carnival.
e. Actively participated in beauty and tech expos abroad to enhance knowledge and skills,
contributing to professional development and industry networking
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
In terms of work, I only do what I like and believe from my brain and heart. I am fond of products, especially from my first visit to Indonesia. I have never felt that doing work is tedious for me under tremendous pressure as well. when you are working in a startup from scratch, pressure and clutters will be there but when you like what you do, it won’t feel that you are doing a job instead, it feels like you are doing activities you like to do in your daily life. My dedication towards tasks and timeliness of projects are my motivation when I feel a little packed and shrink towards work.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
In addition to my professional skills, I have a keen interest in art, culture, and sports. I enjoy drawing, painting, cooking, gardening, and exploring different cultures through food and travel. I have explored 8 abroad countries and 13+ states of India to experience the culture and people from Earth.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
I have achieved this much because I got so much of responsibilities at an early age, I got to experience situations and people in my 20s, which normal people have to face in their 30s and 40s. I feel blessed sometimes that I got to know life deeply due to those situations and experiences.
I just want to tell you that, age does not define your experiences and maturity. If you want to try and experience things or activities, go for it because if you don’t try or risk things in life, you will never get the desired result. listen to your intuitions more than people’s advice, intuitions always land you in the right destination
