Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I Shweta H Rajadhyaksha have been working in Insurance Sector for almost more than 10 years. I have started my new journey in the education sector in February 2020. This is my 4th year in this business. In these 3 years, I have learned a lot of new things and still I am learning. I was the first person to start online summer camp activities. I owned 2 separate entities named Eurokids Khandhapada, Dahisar West and Free Fly Zone Day Care and Activity Centre. My daycare will complete 1 successful year this April.
How you and your service is helping society?
We are here to nurture and mold a new generation’s future which we have been doing for the last 3 years and will continue this for years and years. Also, the function of education is to think better and critically and help develop a perspective and opinions towards life.
What is the USP of your work?
The USP is to give the best services in the education sector and grow, nurture and mold the new generation.
What are your Vision and Mission?
The mission is to expand my business in this education sector. Hopefully will start more branches. The vision – Each relatively little bit of success will help to continue propelling you forward on my bigger journey. Setting goals is more important in life than reaching your desk.
What are your achievements in this industry?
There are few achievements in these 3 years. 1) My 3 team members received the Doric Institute of Technology Award in the year 2020 for their great work during the online period. 2) I was felicitated twice by Sanjeevani World School In the category of the Knowledge of Seed Award. 3) JBCN International School also felicitated thrice in the category of the Guardian of Future Award.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
No. It was never tedious for me. My work motivates me every time in my life.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I love dancing, watching movies, and being with friends and family members.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Believe in yourself, be positive, and set a goal and achieve them. I am yet to achieve more in my life. This is the start of my achievements.
