I am a dietitian & Nutritionist from Kolkata.
I have passed as a nutritionist from Harvard University and Stanford University.
I am certified by the National Fitness and Nutrition Academy as a nutritionist.
I help translate the most up-to-date scientific and public health research about nutrition into practical advice to help people make health-conscious decisions about food and. Lifestyle.
How you and your service is helping Society?
I help my patients to understand their particular needs and challenges and design meal plans accordingly.
Dietitians & Nutritionists perform cooking demonstration classes and give out recipes and food ideas and meal calories…
Nutrition is a critical part of health and development. Better nutrition is related to improving infant, child and maternal health, strong immune systems, safer pregnancy and childbirth, lower risk of noncommunicable diseases and longevity. Healthy children learn better.
What is the USP of Your work?
Calculates Nutritional Values of food Served. Plans, Conducts and evaluates nutrition intervention program and compiles educational material. Provides nutrition assessments, nutrition management and nutrition education, research and training.
Dietitian goal is to give you the knowledge and skill to be able to make the best food choice and take care of your health.
What is your Vision and Mission?
My Vision is to have a high Societal impact on Solving food, nutrition, and health Challenges using innovative research and translational approaches and training future nutrition leaders.
Advancing the standard of the profession of nutrition and dietetics through research, education and advocacy and contribute to the well being and productivity of the nation.
