I am Dt. Avinash Kaur, a Certified Dietitian and founder of Diet & Delight. I specialize in personalized nutrition planning focused on sustainable and practical health solutions. My work mainly involves guiding individuals dealing with weight management, PCOS, thyroid issues, diabetes, and other lifestyle disorders.
I strongly believe that diet should not be about starvation or crash plans, but about balance and mindful eating. I design customized meal plans based on a client’s lifestyle, food preferences, and medical history. My goal is to make healthy eating simple, affordable, and easy to maintain.
Through regular follow-ups and guidance, I ensure that clients stay motivated and consistent. For me, nutrition is not a temporary change but a lifelong habit. I aim to help people build a healthy relationship with food and achieve long-term wellness.

How you and your service is helping society?
Through Diet & Delight, I promote preventive healthcare and awareness about balanced nutrition. In today’s fast lifestyle, many people suffer from obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and stress-related issues. My service helps individuals manage and even reverse early-stage lifestyle disorders through proper diet and habit correction.
I educate clients about portion control, mindful eating, and the importance of home-based balanced meals. This not only improves physical health but also boosts confidence and mental well-being.
By guiding women on hormonal health and pregnancy nutrition, and helping families adopt healthier food choices, I contribute toward building a healthier community. What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work is personalization and sustainability. I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Every diet plan is customized according to the client’s body type, medical condition, routine, and food preferences.
I focus on simple, home-based meals that are practical and easy to follow. There are no extreme restrictions or crash diets. My philosophy is “No starvation, only smart nutrition.”

My mission through Diet & Delight is to provide affordable, accessible, and sustainable diet guidance. I aim to help individuals prevent lifestyle diseases through proper awareness and balanced eating habits.
I also focus on educating women and children about the importance of hormonal health and early nutrition. In the future, I plan to expand through digital platforms, workshops, and collaborations to reach a wider audience. My ultimate goal is to build a healthier and more informed community.

What are your achievements in this industry?
One of my greatest achievements is helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss and improved health parameters without extreme dieting. Many have successfully managed PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and early-stage diabetes through structured meal planning.
Building Diet & Delight as a trusted brand known for practical and balanced nutrition is another milestone. Positive testimonials and client referrals reflect the impact of my work.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
At times, creating detailed plans and managing multiple follow-ups can be demanding. However, every client’s journey is unique, which keeps my work interesting.
I stay motivated by the positive transformations I witness. When a client improves health markers or feels more confident, it reminds me why I chose this profession.
Continuous learning through research and workshops also keeps me inspired. I practice what I preach by maintaining my own healthy lifestyle. Passion for wellness and the impact I create in people’s lives keep me driven and enthusiastic.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Apart from my professional work, I enjoy experimenting with healthy recipes and creating nutritious versions of traditional dishes. Cooking is both relaxing and creative for me.
I also enjoy reading about wellness, self-growth, and mindful living. Fitness activities like light workouts and yoga help me stay physically and mentally balanced.
Spending quality time with family and connecting with nature keeps me refreshed. These hobbies not only bring joy but also inspire new ideas that I incorporate into my work.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life.
My advice is to focus on consistency rather than perfection. Growth does not happen overnight; it requires patience, discipline, and belief in yourself.
Take care of your health because it is your greatest asset. Build small healthy habits and stay committed to your goals. Do not compare your journey with others; everyone grows at their own pace.
