Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Prabhas, the founder of PlantOzone, a green innovation company based in Pune, Maharashtra. Our mission is to provide a one-stop solution for eco-friendly and sustainable gardening needs for the masses. I am passionate about addressing environmental issues, particularly the impact of pollution on the ozone layer, and I believe that sustainable gardening can play a significant role in mitigating these problems.
How you and your service is helping society?
PlantOzone is helping society in several ways. Firstly, we are addressing the issues associated with traditional gardening practices, such as the use of plastic planters and soil pollution. We have introduced a range of biodegradable, plastic-free planters made from coconut husk and peat, which not only have a minimum shelf life of 2 years but also help reduce plastic waste, CO2 emissions, and water usage. Additionally, these planters improve air quality and create employment opportunities for women. Through our products, we are actively contributing to a cleaner environment and empowering local communities
What is the USP of your work?
The USP of our work is we are the only startup fitness company in Mumbai that
Trains from the age group of 5 years children to 85 years old people & further with the expertise of training special population
And we are the only one to provide a maximum of fitness activities all under one roof on-demand Personal Training at Home or Online

What are your Vision and Mission?
Our vision is to create a world where sustainable gardening practices are the norm, reducing the environmental impact of gardening while creating opportunities for women in the process. Our mission is to offer eco-friendly gardening solutions that reduce plastic pollution, conserve resources, and promote healthier plant growth.
What are your achievements in this industry?
In a relatively short time, we have achieved significant milestones in the industry. We have reduced around 600 tons of plastic pollution annually, equivalent to the pollution generated by 3,000 individuals. We’ve also cut CO2 emissions by 3,600 tons per year, saved 60 lakh liters of water, and conserved 1,560,000 units of electricity annually. Additionally, we’ve prevented the use of 3,000 tonnes of soil, equivalent to 87 truckloads of sand.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
While the work we do is challenging, it is also deeply rewarding. The positive impact on the environment and local communities keeps me motivated. Whenever things get tough, I remind myself of the tremendous difference we are making and the potential for even greater change in the future.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Beyond my work at PlantOzone, I have a strong interest in environmental conservation. I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring sustainable practices. I also have a passion for promoting women’s empowerment and gender equality.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
One piece of advice I’d like to share with our readers is to pursue your passion with dedication and a strong sense of purpose. When you are driven by a cause you deeply believe in, it becomes easier to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful goals. Also, never underestimate the power of collaboration and the positive impact it can have on your journey towards success. Lastly, remember that even small actions can lead to significant change, so never underestimate the importance of the work you do, no matter how big or small it may seem.
