Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I’m Shyla Hallaja, a BCA graduate, a married mother of two girls, and I used to be a youtube vlogger. While covid lock downtime I had the idea to create some herbal products because we often make our own bath powder, hair oil and soaps. I reasoned why not create some of it and sell it to the consumers so that the end users can have a better healthier life as it contains organic ingredients?
Ovaimer Organics is an Organic & natural skincare brand that has been committed to non-toxic skin care. The line of products is totally handmade, natural and free from harsh chemicals.

We use non-chemical goods. It benefits our generation greatly.
because utilizing chemical goods causes us to have many personal problems. early hair loss, gray hair, eyes that are encircled by black, and a tan face. These are the issues that we work to resolve for the people of our generation.
It’s not only a job, but a privilege, to help people tap into their creativity to express themselves. That’s what makes it so exciting to get up every day and do this work. Because Beauty is a “feel good” industry and everyone wants to feel good, I often say to people “We get to do this!”
What is the USP of your work?
I will customize the product and provide it to the customer based on their problems, hair loss, skin type, and other needs.
There are many goods available on the market, but ours is based on a recipe that belonged to our grandmother. The older generation employed the same techniques as us, such as infant bath powders and hair oils that we now use.
We exclusively use natural herbs in our products.

Years of experience, including both successes and disappointments, are required for this, but once you reach a certain stage in your profession, you sometimes just need to trust your instinct.
Every aspect of life, including business, requires time. Not a daytime, nighttime job. Believe me when I say to trust the process: I can still vividly recall a moment in my business when I believed nothing worthwhile would result from my efforts and labor, but here I am today blossoming. These things are not magic; to achieve lasting outcomes, one must be consistent and diligent.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
Create attainable goals: Making a challenging activity into smaller, more manageable goals will keep you motivated as you make progress.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I love traveling, and I try to take a trip every season, cooking and gardening.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
For the first few years, prepare yourself mentally and financially to invest in your company. We all have this dream that in the first year you’ll make one million dollars in profits, but it’s not a realistic expectation. This means, saying no to dinners with friends and no family vacations. It means sacrificing the things you want to pursue your business goals.
Keep going. It’s crazy, it’s hard, it’s fulfilling. Whatever is your heart’s calling, there’s always a way to make your dreams come true. Work smart. Work hard. When you want to give up, let yourself feel however you feel, pick yourself up and write a list.
