My name is Gayathri Nemalikanti. I am a Clinical Nutritionist with a Masters degree in Specialized Dietetics. I have worked in several hospitals in Hyderabad. My field of interest for many years has been healthy nutrition, cooking and baking.
I help people change their relationship with food into a positive relationship rather than a negative relationship. It is life-changing to finally have a peaceful relationship with food. I get to see people getting excited about food, rather than fearful and scared. I help people overcome eating disorders and find lasting recovery.
My Instagram page – nutrifixx2020, talks about how food, nutrition, and our bodies can be things we relate to with happiness rather than fear.
My idea to start a page on Instagram is to mainly spread awareness about keeping fat diets/supplements at bay to keep oneself healthy. Love it or hate it, social media is an inevitable part of growing my Wellness business.

When I first joined as a Clinical nutritionist, I realized how people had misunderstood the terminology behind dieting. There are too many myths around losing weight and keeping oneself healthy.
For Example, the number on the scale is the best marker of health. That is so not true, weight may be one way your doctor or dietitian lets you know if you are at risk for certain lifestyle-associated diseases, but even then, itโs not always the most reliable indicator. Someone who is technically outside of the “normal” range weight-wise but has healthy habits can be less at risk for things like heart disease than someone in the “normal” weight range who doesn’t eat well or exercise.
Likewise, artificial sweeteners are the brilliant answer to your sugar cravings.
A healthy sugar substitute for zero calories sounds too good to be true. A sugar craving is a biochemical reaction, and it turns out your brain can tell the difference between real sugar and fake stuff even when your taste buds can’t. So, when we try to tame a nagging sweet tooth with artificial sweeteners, one might eat more of the treat because our craving isn’t getting satisfied. It’s also important to remember that just because something is sweetened with artificial sweeteners doesn’t mean it’s calorie-free and healthy.
There are too many myths around eating healthy that is motivated me to create an Instagram page as an awareness page. Also, I work for a hospital as a clinical nutritionist to get in touch with the subject and improve my knowledge levels.

A nutritionist is someone who advises and instructs clients on nutrition and how it affects their bodies. Nutritionists have a thorough understanding of diet and its effects on the body and mind. I assess clients every dietary need and create tailored diet plans to assist them to achieve their objectives. I feel so satisfied when clients find it easy to follow and are able to reach their goals. That is the most significant accomplishment I could possibly attain.
