Interviewed by The Success Today – A Digital Webzine.

Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I’m a multi-passionate creative person with a passion for Life Coaching. I know what it feels like to live in constant anxiety and fear. I’ve also been part of the “rat race” and often fall into the comparison trap.
One day, I realized I didn’t want to be a copycat of others. I didn’t want to fit in a story written by family & society in which I played the role of a victim. Instead, I wanted to create my own story and be a Hero in it.
After years of Soul searching, I have come up with tools & techniques which have helped me create a Life that is true to me. It has helped me navigate life’s ups and downs in a better way. I am a Life Coach with my niche in Mindest.

How you and your service is helping society?
Right after college, after doing various corporate stints, I felt empty from the inside & wanted to do something that impacts people and creates a difference in their Lives. I was always drawn to Self-Improvement, and Universe aligned things for me so that my passion gradually became my Profession. As a result, I became a Professor of HR and Psychology. In this teaching journey, I counselled and coached many students and realized that I have the gift of bringing clarity in life towards one’s aspirations. Hence I took this passion further by creating a platform called Mindsutra, where through my one-to-one sessions, workshops, courses, blogs, podcasts and YouTube videos, I try to empower people with simple tools that can help people to live better lives.

What is the USP of your work?
My USP is working with people’s self-worth. I believe that unless you are happy with who you are as a person, you will never be pleased with how much you have. Hence I work with the root issue of why a person may have low self-worth in a particular area of life. When you operate from your worth and not your wounds, you feel more fulfilled from the inside and can deal with the imperfections and challenges of life better.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My Vision is to create a World where everyone has high self-esteem and has healed the wounds preventing them from living happily.
My Mission is to empower people via one-to-one sessions, workshops, books and content in the form of blogs, videos and podcasts with practical tools and techniques that can help them raise their self-worth & overcome their limiting beliefs.

What are your achievements in this industry?
Besides impacting clients from all over the world with one-to-one coaching, I have been able to create content in the form of blogs, videos and podcasts on my website Mindsutra ( ), which is benefiting people all over the world.
Mindsutra is a resource for knowledge and inspiration on living your Best Life.
It is for the passionate, the fearless, and the dreamers who believe. Those who are intelligent, curious, and conscious, with an open mind, a love for learning, and a deep desire to live a brilliant and vibrant life.
Mindsutra lives by the motto, Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life.

The Mindsutra Podcast is available on Spotify, Apple, Google & YouTube, with 600+ subscribers on Youtube. Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Many assume that a Life Coach has got their life sorted, is free of any tension or worry, and is always motivated and upbeat about life. This is not the reality. It’s like assuming a Doctor never falls ill. This is far from the truth. With personal and family responsibilities, work does feel tedious most times. You often cannot give 100% to your work, and feeling demotivated is expected even with a life coach. Constantly churning meaningful content is essential for driving an organic crowd to the website, so regularly uploading content is challenging most times. Taking regular one-on-one coaching is also tricky with a kid at home. But, the feedback I receive for my sessions and content and the difference it is creating in their lives keeps me motivated—also, understanding your ultimate “Why” is essential. One should know Why you are doing what you are doing. If the reason is that it brings you internal satisfaction, you will find ways to keep going despite challenges and setbacks.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your Profession?
As I mentioned in the beginning, I am a multi-passionate creative with interests in various creative fields like cooking, writing, art and craft, travelling, reading, dancing and music.

You have achieved so much in life. Any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Always make decisions to satisfy your Soul and not your Ego. If you do things from your Soul, that is, things that bring your internal satisfaction, you will live a more fulfilling life & it will help you grow as a person whether or not it brings materialistic achievements. But, on the other hand, if you do things from your Ego, i.e. to receive external validation, power or control, then despite achieving a lot materialistically, it may not be fulfilling. Learning to differentiate between the two is a lifelong process, and even I am on a journey to discover the same.
