Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I have done my graduation in science) and worked for a year in Capgemini but then I knew that this is not something I always wanted to do, so did a crash course about diamonds and incorporated my own brand named Bliss Diamonds which specialises in custom made jewellery. Real diamond jewellery is our speciality and sometime back we have even started with trendy gold jewellery which you can wear at work or at parties. We have our presence online as well as offline.

How you and your service is helping society?
Being a precious jewellery brand it is very important to keep up with your clientele’s trust. Trust is the main factor that leads to sales and with that said it is also very price driven as it’s a luxury item. We try to help and serve every need of a customer, we try to cater for everyone and it is not something which wouldn’t be affordable at all for some. This is the sole reason for custom-made jewellery which can fit everyone’s checkboxes. We also have an online presence which makes buying easy from all over the world. We do have our own website ( ) where people can directly make the purchase of the jewellery. We also have our products on Flipkart and amazon. And yes you can always place your order over a WhatsApp message or on a call or on Instagram ( @blissdiamonds ).

What is the USP of your work?
Customization is the first thing that puts my brand above every brand as I myself attend to a clients requirement and try to understand what exactly that person wants and then from scratch, I try to craft that piece of jewellery which he/she ever imagined in their heads to be and crafting that imagination into reality brings immense joy to clients which is very important to me.
High quality of diamonds and gold are used in the products while crafting. Precision and fine craftsmanship is a must for me for any piece of jewellery is crafted. Unique designs and keeping up with the trend and yet sticking to your cultural roots while designing is also a factor which people look for. So, these are some really important and unique points about my brand.

What are your Vision and Mission?
Every girl wearing or buying her first piece of jewellery from Bliss Diamonds, as I believe that you should always celebrate and gift yourself something very precious for all the hard work and achievements you have it in your life. People gift their loved ones from Bliss Diamonds to make them feel very special and loved as the name of the brand suggests that the piece of jewellery that you buy from Bliss Diamonds should bring you contentment, love, gratitude, lots of happiness, a sense of achievement, all in all, “bliss” in life whenever you wear that piece of jewellery.
Making the brand more visible and adding more products to choose from and delivering to every part of the world hassle-free.

What are your achievements in this industry?
I would say small wins over achievements from time to time which is very important in order to keep you motivated and to keep growing. I would always compare my wins with day 1 be it for brand awareness that I have today like people whom I meet ask me how’s Bliss Diamonds doing before asking me how am I doing and these are some random people which I am talking about who I hardly talk to or we just know each other via social media or some mutual friends and family. Or be it with products I have in stock as the count goes to 200+ from 20 products on day 1. Or be it online presence and sales. Or be it getting orders from overseas. These small wins will make it big one day and I am very much sure of that!

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
This work needs precision and I am very peculiar about minute details. Explaining those details to the craftsman and making him understand what exactly I want is a bit complex but now it has become easy as we understand each other. Delivering the products in a particular time range is crucial as even I am dependent on a craftsman and making him hurry can sometimes spoil some work so managing the timeline and also the price range which I give an estimate before the client places their order. But these challenges decrease with time and experience. It is all worth it when you see a happy client and a big smile on their face when they see their jewellery piece live in front of them as they exactly wanted it. Client satisfaction and happiness keep you going and make you work harder in terms of precision, quality and design.

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Well, I love hanging out with my friends whenever time permits. I watch series or movies every day for some time, you can say it is my ritual before going to bed.
Travelling and shopping are things which make me feel happy and content.

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
There will be days when you will need motivation, where you will feel like not going to work but only you and you can motivate yourself. Believing in yourself is very important and working with ethics is equally important. There will be many obstacles in your journey but there will be miracles too.
So work hard and be consistent and I am sure you will achieve what you dreamt of someday!
