Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Deepali Khushaldasani, born and raised in Hyderabad. As a computer graduate, I worked in a multimedia institute and later at Citibank. After marriage, I joined my husband’s business, Sainath Agencies, where I am now an equal partner. I’m also a board member of WEAI (NGO), focusing on marketing and media. I support women in their businesses and actively contribute to the community.
How you and your service is helping society?
I assist by connecting people to opportunities, providing business support, and offering emotional assistance. I empower women by supplying stock from our store for small businesses. Beyond business, I provide moral support, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
What is the USP of your work?
Our unique selling proposition lies in our charitable initiatives. When distributing items for charity, we reduce costs further, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility.
What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to establish a diverse product line under Sainath Agencies, fulfilling customer demands while helping women create their businesses. My mission is continuous growth, expanding our reach and supporting friends in establishing their businesses.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I’m recognized as a dedicated entrepreneur catering to customer needs. As the boss of Sainath Agencies, I handle various aspects and serve as a board member for WEAI, actively participating in exhibitions.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
While the job can be challenging, I find motivation in overcoming obstacles. My dedication to meeting customer demands, despite challenges like transport or worker issues, keeps me motivated.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Beyond work, I enjoy dancing, arts and crafts, organizing events, and designing materials for WEAI. My hobbies include making resin keys, bookmarks, coasters, and currently, scented candles for a school carnival.
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
I advise readers to persevere, remembering why they started when facing challenges. I’ve found success by staying committed to my goals and making a positive impact through my work and community involvement.
