𝟭) 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.
My name is Ms. Akta Sehgal, and I am the founder and mentor of Manas Wealth, a financial distribution and training firm. In addition to this, I am also the founder of some social initiatives like Vanya’s Craft – Handmade Cards, Motherhood Club, Kid-do-mentoring, and MCube.
I also hold an honorary position as Consultant to Unnati School of Learning, Complete Branding Coordinator for Soul and Smile International Virtual Academy, and Financial Mentor for Shiksha Samaroh, an initiative to educate kids from humble backgrounds. I am also a registered educator with the academy for the subject, Kiddomentoring on Money Matters.
I am a financial mentor and have over 20 years of experience in the field of financial services. I have dealt with corporations, individuals, and children. I run a third-party distribution firm called Manas Wealth that is AMFI-certified.
I believe in the three E’s: Educate, Empower, and Enlighten, and the three P’s: Passion, Perseverance, and Panache. I come from an Army background, so discipline and time management come naturally to me.
I am extremely passionate about imparting financial awareness to one and all. I am also an avid blogger, a keen learner with a never-say-never attitude, and have been pursuing my passion for creating an environment of learning across the spectrum.
I recently, under the banner of the motherhood club, hosted the 1st Wonder Mom Felicitation and felicitated 81 mothers across the globe for the unconditional support they extend in shaping the future. I have hosted three talk shows Motherhood Club Talk Show, Kiddomentoring Talk Show, and Learning Initiative Mcube – Money Mentoring and Motivation.
My firm, Manas Wealth, is into the third-party distribution of financial products based in Noida. I deal with clients on a pan-India basis and have an approach of mentoring while dealing with my clients. My all-time mantra is “Small is beautiful.”

𝟮) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱?
As a child, I was keen on being a doctor, but as years passed, I became more inclined towards management and finance, a skill that was identified by a professor during my graduation. Training and mentoring came naturally to me. Since childhood, I have been inclined towards teaching and mentoring. I started my career in 2001 and hung my corporate boots in 2011. 2012 was the year when I started my journey as an entrepreneur. As my career progressed, I began to wonder, “How many female investors do I have?” I had a few that I could count on two fingers. This made me find my mission and passion to start my financial mentoring programmes in 2016. I did my research and realized that women and money together have so many myths. It was imperative to simplify financial matters and make women demystify their relationship with money and the many taboos that are associated with it. A beginning was made and with many corporate pieces of training online and offline and more than 5000 women came through the offline programme and countless through weekly live sessions on my Facebook page, I embarked on this mission called Womentoring on Money Matters and further moved to Kiddomentoring on Money Matters. Keeping the mission in mind, the Motherhood Club and Kiddomentoring platforms took birth, and today they have advanced to many more mentoring topics and awareness. India’s financial literacy is at a poor 24%, and hence I am on a mission to raise the financial literacy level. My inspiration is my belief that women are better money managers and they just need to take one step ahead of being financially independent to become financially confident.

Manas Wealth offers all third-party financial products that help clients achieve their financial goals, which further leads to health, wealth, and happiness.
Motherhoodclub offers intellectual awareness and contributes towards menstrual hygiene, cancer awareness, and the mental well-being of women, in addition to providing them with a platform to enhance their passion skills and business acumen.

𝟰) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁ry

1. I have trained over 5000 women, 1000 women, and 100 children in my offline training sessions.
2. I have received over 30 awards as a financial mentor.
3. I have built a strong Facebook community of over 1200 members.
4. I have over 150 Motherhood Club talk shows and panel discussions, as well as 30+ Kiddomentoring series and 8 Mcube series.
5. I have done over 500 sessions on financial literacy.
6. I have received recognition as “Humanity’s Wealth” by Nippon.
7. I have also received Café Mutual’s Roll of Honour and MFD Heroes.

9. Above all of this, I have achieved the utmost satisfaction of being able to sow the seed of money matters in women and have been able to sign up more than 10 women investors in the last year who have started to feel financially confident.

𝟱) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆?
When your passion is your work and your work is your passion, you don’t require external motivation. While I am in the field of money matters, it isn’t money that motivates me. What keeps me going is the positive response I get from the training programmes I conduct, which are real and not technical for many to understand. When your mission and vision are clear and you see it being supported by your family and friends, when you see your own daughter grasping the concept of money matters, you know you’re on the right track because today she is the proof of Kiddomentoring on Money Matters and tomorrow she will be a financially confident woman.
I am driven by passion, perseverance, and panache, and I believe in the concept of mentoring rather than teaching.
