Interviewed by The Success Today – A Digital Webzine.
Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am a fun-loving, smart working and vivacious woman. I have enjoyed my journey of 50+ years, living on my terms, creating challenges while doing this and converting them into opportunities. On the professional front, I am non-clinical healthcare professional with 25+ years of experience working in various verticals across different domains viz healthcare services, medical devices, healthcare IT and retail healthcare. In my latest avatar, I have found a mental health platform, miindmymiind.com, which is a 360-degree mental health ecosystem. The neglect of this critical aspect of our overall health, whether by us as individuals, as a community or even the industry, drove me to pick this subject.
How you and your service is helping society?
We support the community in ensuring the well-being and growth of their mental bodies by providing therapy through our registered mental health professionals and programs to help them become better versions of themselves through training and workshops. We also have support groups and self-help tools. Our Facility listing helps people look for appropriate mental support facilities and programs. Mind My Miind is a one-stop shop for all mental well-being and mental health requirements.
What is the USP of your work?
Mind My Miind is a one-stop shop for all mental well-being requirements. We work across all economic segments to facilitate the needs and requirements. As a startup, our professionals have designed a few unique signature programs like the ‘Systematic Development Programs’, especially for children and students focusing on pro-active development of personality and mental faculties. These exceptional training programs are internationally recognised modalities like IEMT, NLP etc. and specialised Support Groups for specific assistance to families of addicts, people who have overcome addictions, abusive relationships etc.
Our self-help tools are different from those available, and these can also be personalized as desktop motivational products.
What are your Vision and Mission?
The vision of Mind My Miind is to make quality mental health available for all. Our mission is to create a one-stop ecosystem for mental health and well-being services and products through quality focused, cohesive system.
What are your achievements in this industry?
The first achievement for any startup is to be born in the industry, given the challenges wrt registration, banking norms, funding etc. The second is to find team members whom you can vibe with and think and dream your dream with you. The third is to shape the concept. The fourth is to start getting business.
Well, we have gone past these hurdles and are now on our way to growth and steadiness. In this, I would also like to thank many of our well-wishers and partners whom I met during this journey and who have actively held our hands to propel us ahead.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
Every startup is a tedious job! But your passion for the subject keeps you going. Every minor achievement, like getting hits on your website, responses and leads through your campaigns, and customers who trust you and sign up, keeps the fire going!
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Reading, travelling, meeting new people, learning new things, and late writing also gives me incisive insights into people’s behaviors and contribute to my profession.
You have achieved so much in life. Any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Each day we live is an achievement. Celebrate it daily! And, of course, we all need to train our minds, so visit miindmymiind.com and join our workshops and programs, which are designed to help you grow and thrive!!
