Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am Hina Ambareen, a soil scientist from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, a certified leading wellness coach and a certified life coach. I am on the mission of helping every household on this earth towards a healthy holistic lifestyle that helps them improve mental, physical, and emotional health. Delivering the proper nutrients that the body needs and is structured to follow a five pillars blueprint programme enhances their overall health, relationships, productivity in their dynamism, and develops a good mentality and a joyful way of living. It also enables them to lead a life free of medication.

How you and your service is helping society?
I and my service have helped more than 3500+ individuals improve their health, assisting them to lead a medicine-free life where due to Auto-Immune disorders they were leading unhealthy lives dependent on medications. Even those on insulin are out of those problems from the root level, enjoying their favourite foods while leading a normal lifestyle and holistically improving their overall health. There have been total transformations in them, making people look much younger than their actual age. What more could anybody ask for when their health, relationships, and productivity in life have improved resulting in them living happily.

What is the USP of your work?
People have attempted various strategies to enhance their health, whether it may be for weight problems or other health disorders, and have been living in misconceptions connected to health and lifestyle and are reliant on pharmaceuticals. However, because medications do not work to treat any health illness at the root level but rather weaken your immune system and harm your organs, we assist people to learn about the 5 pillars of a pro.

What are your vision and mission?
My vision is to have billions of people, rather than every individual, lead a healthy lifestyle so they can live a medicine-free life, stay active and energetic even after 100 plus and do the work on their own, not dependent on anyone. Most people believe that diseases or disorders are hereditary, but this is not entirely true. We wish to make a change in everyone’s life as a mediator by enhancing their lifestyle, which can benefit them holistically and they can enjoy eating their favourite foods without sacrificing their food or diet and yet lead a healthy, active, energetic, and happy life. My mission is to have helped more than 3500+ people in the span of two years to improve their health with a truly healthy lifestyle and help them eat all their favourite foods while knowing the right way and understanding what the body demands. At the same time, I help them lead a medicine-free life, have a total transformation in and out and look much younger than their actual age and are now living a very happy, confident, and secure life.

What are your achievements in this industry?
When I was only a scientist, I felt I was living for myself, when I became a wellness coach and life coach, I saw the true happiness of helping people and changing their lives as a mediator and helping them achieve their desired dreams toward health and life especially and the transformations that could be seen by helping 3500+ is the most prominent achievement compared to my earlier life. All of this transition came into my life after I lost my mom due to the wrong medications. I was deeply attached to my mom, trying to be a son and daughter to her, but her death led me into depression and I developed lots of health disorders like osteo arthritis, hair fall, obesity, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, skin at its worst and much more being unable to move even to the washroom. By the grace of God, however, I was able to overcome my health problems and enter the field of wellness. I then began working with others; it has since become a serious mission of mine to ensure that no one dies by compromising or forgoing their diet but rather lives a healthy, happy, and active life by adhering to the 5 pillars blueprint programme. These are the achievements I could feel compared to my early days after becoming a wellness and life coach.

Does your work ever feel tedious to you, if so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
No way, my work is my passion and the purpose of my life. Having only for myself does not make me stay energetic when I am helping the world’s needy. That makes me feel motivated and keeps me charged. When there is passion and a thirst for doing good for oneself and others, that is the way of being charged and being on track towards the actual goal that becomes meaningful. My mom’s death taught me a lesson to stand up for myself. When I began to empower myself, it gave me the true ability to empower others and transform their lives toward good health, a healthy lifestyle, a purposeful life with happy relationships, and being financially empowered as well. This keeps me more driven and motivated to see the genuine smile on everyone’s face.

What are your hobbies and specific interest other than your profession?
Well, I am a good orator. Talking about specific topics related to health, lifestyle, and life fascinates me. Reading life, especially people like Elon Musk, J.K. Rowling, Steve Jobs, and Oprah Winfrey, keeps me motivated, and I am spiritual as well. I do different kinds of workouts; listen to music; love dancing, and writing; help the poor with getting an education and helping them to learn handicrafts to make their livelihoods; planting trees; hearing and sensing the chirping sounds of the birds as I love nature.

You have achieved so much in life and specific advice you would like to share with your readers to grow in life.
I would first of all try to tell my adorable readers that whatever happens in life is already destined by the superpower Almighty and his plans are always the best. First, to have deep trust and faith in the Almighty and his plans; second, to hope only for the best to come, even during bad times, because bad times are the tipping point of our lives that change our lives for the better; and third, to be grateful for whatever we have and not take health for granted despite our busy schedules. We truly love ourselves only then, will we take care of ourselves so that we will not be dependent or be a burden on others, and we will be able to achieve all that we desire in life when our mind, body, and soul are in sync with each other. Always empower yourself first and help to empower others with your service, knowledge, and do charity as this is the most beautiful thing in life. When we lighten up others’ lives, we fight our souls to a greater extent. Health is the basic foundation of life, as the soul lives inside our body and our body is the only place to live in.
