Kevin Paul is from Bengaluru and comes with 20+ years’ experience in the field of the Hospitality Industry extending to the field of Event Management which includes – Serving various cuisines, Decoration, Photo & Videography & providing end-to-end service. We have executed over 100+ events in complete South India.
How you and your service is helping society?
My passion is to support NGO’s consisting of special kids, Orphans and offer support in driving poor feed initiatives in and around Bangalore. To support this good cause, we have started an NGO called Maverick Foundation. Our objective is to provide for the deprived.
What is the USP of your work?
PASSION, COMPETENCE, CREATIVITY, EFFICIENCY, RESOURCEFULNESS, VALUES, RELATIONSHIPS & TRUST.
What are your Vision and Mission?
Our vision is “Building a Culture of Respect & Warmth & providing support to the needy!”
Our is Mission “With a positive attitude to reach out to the needy and ensure that their basic needs are taken care off”!
What are your achievements in this industry?
This I wouldn’t like to call an achievement but more of my passion for working, this is seamless.
I would like to start with the small deeds which have touched many hearts!
- Providing packed food for over 20000+ people.
- Supported the needy during COVID times, cooking countless meals for them.
- Organized over 100 + weddings

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
I start my day with a plan of what I want to execute on priority. Most days when they are hard on me, self-motivation is what helps. Effective self-motivation is one of the main things that distinguishes high-achieving professionals from everyone else. So, I keep pushing onward, even when I don’t feel like it. “Design Goals, Not Chores” The trick is to focus on the elements of the work that you do find enjoyable. Find Effective Rewards, Sustain Progress, Harnessing the Influence of Others, and giving advice may be an even more effective ways to overcome motivational
Here are some other things that help too: short breaks, sipping on a lemongrass drink, call with my family or a friend help to me destress. try it, it does work!!!
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
Travel, Volunteering for Community Service or Charity work, Sports such as Cricket, Football, etc. Creative arts, including, writing New Recipes, cooking & Listening to Music. Most of all cooking sumptuous food for my family!
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Love & Respect is what I consider the two most important values in life and that should start from your family, displaying it to your parents and family. Give with no expectation in turn. Prove your passion with Quality, Honesty & dedication!!
