In the year, 2015 I received a degree my graduation from Aurangabad while also working with a construction company. Soon after which, in the same year, I started my own home loan consultancy, for which I got a response beyond my expectations. In 2018, we expanded to various cities like Aurangabad, Pune, Nasik and Jalna. Today, by the end of 2021, we plan to expand to 10 more different cities with our services.

When I first stepped into the industry as a home loan counselor (DSA), I realized just how much the process of acquiring a home loan is mechanical and time-consuming. The most crucial point that I found missing in the industry was the deeper connection in terms of services and trust between the customers and banks. Whilst I worked on bridging the gap between the two, the idea of the Loan In Touch was born. Initially, the trust from banks and response from customers was the biggest motivating factor, but as time passed, the motivating factors soon became results, growth and incentives.

At Loan In Touch, we practice every possible route of marketing, whether itโ€™s the digital or conventional way of doing it. What I have learned during my journey is that word of mouth works best for us, a cheap and sustainable method of marketing, but I also feel this is mostly proportionate to our clientele satisfaction.

Well talking about my professional achievement I have received more than 25 awards in the last six years in the territory we have been operating. And also our expansions in multiple branches in different city is also testimonies to my achievements

Self-motivation and the dream to become an entrepreneur are the two major motivating factors for me that drive me to work tirelessly no matter what.

The one piece of advice I want to give to every budding entrepreneur is that โ€œJust be Patient Enough and trust your abilitiesโ€.
