Interviewed by The Success Today – A Digital Webzine
Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I have pursued my masters and worked in the UK post which I came to India to launch my first start-up ( a payment gateway). Currently, I help high-level executives, models, celebrities and companies globally with my signature courses to improve the art of communication, personality and help them reach their professional goals. I’ve provided training at Fortune 500 companies. Alongside this, I am also the Founder of Sprouts Career Bridge (established in 2017), which is a training institute for students.
I host a podcast every week called “Time With Tushnaa”. “Missal London Wali” is another project where I’m just an investor and the objective to start this initiative is to provide employment to ladies who are willing to work. So it’s a cloud kitchen run by ladies.
I have worn many hats until now, including Modeling, Consulting, Founder, and Guest Speaker. It’s been a roller coaster ride but nevertheless, it’s always been thrilling with learning curves.
I have always taught. My mother was a teacher back when I was a kid and I used to randomly start teaching my maid’s son being inspired by mom. As I grew up I taught a few other kids from the NGO, and people who couldn’t afford tuition. But however, I didn’t continue that for long. Later, When I launched my first startup in India, to self-fund myself I launched Sprouts Career Bridge and that’s when I started to train others, and train myself as well to be a better trainer.
Eventually, here I am coaching C levels, business owners, Professors, Doctors, Celebrities and executives. I’ve worked hard to build my brand “Tushnaa Pandey Nikam” so much so that without marketing I cover the first page of Google if you search my name.
I purely believe in hustle and consistency and regardless of my failures I’ve never given up and I continue to work harder as it’s just the beginning.
How you and your service is helping society?
Fear is the biggest enemy one can contain. And I help people to overcome that. Due to the fear people have of what others would think, or am I grammatically right, Is my sentence ok, and etc they tend to divert themselves from the main objectives which stops them from growing in their career or life.
Today, the majority of companies are multinational companies dealing with foreign clients or colleagues. And due to a lack of communication skills, they fail to communicate with them. This not only affects their personal growth but the company’s growth as well. I am helping such companies and their employees to develop themselves and overcome barriers.
On the other hand, until it’s late people don’t realise the value of soft skills. The same goes for the students. Unless their career becomes stagnant or they aren’t recruited they fail to realise the real problem. Let it be because of poor communication skills, or poor email writing quality, lack of understanding of manners, not being presentable and more. I make sure to spread awareness of how important these skills are and why every individual needs them.
I assist people in realising their true potential and progressing in their careers with better opportunities.
I aim to transform people’s lives. Happy and successful clients are my motivation.
Along with that I also help models and celebrities to be more presentable in front of people and media with communication skills that will leave an influence.
What is the USP of your work?
I am people-oriented, solution-oriented, and driven to bring the best out of people.
I can understand and know their pain areas, weaknesses, and drawbacks in no time. The skill of me understanding people is the best skill I have that connects me with my clientele, making them trust me. I have a unique way of conducting and hosting my sessions.
What are your vision and mission?
It is to transform and uplift the discouraged, unhappy, and self-doubted by mastering soft skills and life skills. To unleash the real themselves and break down barriers, helping professionals to be more productive and successful.
