Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
My self Nanda Avin, an International certified trainer and Nutritionist. I own a fitness center called Spectra Fitness in Mysore. We have 2 branches right now.
How you and your service is helping society?
I plan customs plan for my clients and I will make sure of regular check-ins to my clients to achieve their fitness goals. I do online services by training them, and conducting diet and fitness counseling which is easy to follow, affordable and easy to prepare by themselves.
What is the USP of your work?
I prepare people to understand things easily and follow them without hustle. It is an affordable and flexible diet plan that helps get the best transformation and be healthy with consistency.
What are your Vision and Mission?
I envision becoming World’s best fitness influencer and making my fitness center a franchise.
What are your achievements in this industry?
I am BE mechanical graduate, NASM certified, IIFEM, and TEAM BOSS CERTIFICATIONS, I have participated in IHFF and local bodybuilding competitions and secured places.
Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated toward it?
Not at all, I stick to the plan and consistently work on myself which drives me motivated by seeing results and the appreciation I get from my wife.
What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I play badminton, cricket and I do design work (art).
You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
Keep it simple, organize yourself, have patience and trust the process.
