Could you tell us about yourself and your work?
I am dietitian Stuti Minochaa, a Delhi based clinical dietician,
I have been working in this segment for the last 10 years now and as
I have always worked in the health industry, it all started way
long back, When I passed my high school and lost some extra kgs
by proper diet management and physical activity on my own.
Now I actively help people achieve their targets and motivate
them to live healthier and happier, I am a freelancer where
I not only give diet to people but counsel them for their
life, The struggle they are facing, because I know that your
mood affects your diet too!

How you and your service is helping society?
As I was telling you I help people with their inner issues
by working on their mental health as well, listening to them
and giving non-biased advice helps them to resolve the inner
conflict and that is how they start focusing on themselves and
develop a healthy, disciplined lifestyle for them.
They feel much more confident and happy after achieving
the target and focusing on themselves helps
them a lot in many aspects of their life!

What is the USP of your work?
The USP of my work is I listen to my client’s needs and suggest
them the plan according to their requirements,
Every plan is customized according to my client’s daily schedule
and their eating habits and I also co-relate and check all their clinical reports
to guide them better and in case of any medical history or clinical
issues our diet goes according to it, I am available for them over
social media platforms so that we have a better connection and they
can share the reels etc. with other dieticians as well to gain
some extra knowledge if needed without any offense ;
I always give a personal attention to all my clients.

What are your Vision and Mission?
My vision is to see people happier in the skin they are in and get disease-free, stress-free, and healthy!
My mission is to help them achieve their health goals
successfully. I want them to learn techniques and concepts
about food and how they can manage the meals for themselves
and their families.

What are your achievements in this industry?
My biggest achievement is that I kept on working for my clients

Does your work ever feel tedious to you? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?
My work is more like my hobby, I enjoy my work, creating different
charts & plans for different people with specific conditions or
no- conditions at all, you get to know about some individuals with
different needs & requirements and understanding their body and taste
buds, and treating their medical conditions by letting them eat
what is allowed but modifying the tasty food items!

What are your hobbies and specific interests other than your profession?
I try and workout for at least 5 days a week to keep my
coordination strong and write poems as well, which is also
a stress buster for me!
Cooking has always been my passion since childhood so that is
more like therapy for me!

You have achieved so much in life, any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to grow in life?
The one advise:-
“Let go ;
Never settle, Never stop! keep working
on much better things in life!
Just don’t get stuck
on settling for one thing in your head!
You are a human; not a machine so you can try
different professions, try new things in life.
Don’t have a setback in life!
