~Let’s have a short introduction about you and your business.
I am the managing director of a one-of-a-kind networking platform in India- V Empower All. I am also the CEO of Toogle Travel Private Limited, a travel-networking platform, and the founder of Titanz Women’s NGO (Titanz). I am also the Co-Founder of the digital marketing start-up XNO world. I have received international acclaim for my commitment to gender equality in the tourism industry. What I bring to the table is a decade of corporate experience in client retention, strategy planning, and relationship management. In October 2018, I had launched a Travel and Beauty Pageant for women in the travel industry under the brand “Ms Travel IKON”. I have also founded my own travel agency, “Travel Krafterz,” which has been in business for nine years.
“A woman should be socially and economically empowered”. How is your business helping the women of our society?
I have created the concept “Second Innings” to assist women who have left the workforce or are going through a difficult time in their lives in becoming self-sufficient. I believe that if a woman is financially self-sufficient, she can advance in her career without ever having to feel pressed. Thanks to Second Innings, over 300 women have taken the step to advance their careers.
I believe that society has shaped me into the person that I am today, and to return back to the society I am always donating as much as I can to charities and noble causes.
Tell us about your social work and what are the public problems your foundations are working for?
I am the Global Marketing Director for the CAWSE Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to provide a safe environment for children and women free of sexual and non-sexual violence. I have worked here to empower women by providing them with training in a variety of skill development areas so that they can earn a living.
The Kendriya Manav Adhikar Suraksha Sangathan, based in Delhi, is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political foundation in Rajasthan. The Human Rights Protection Act, passed by the Indian government in 1993, is promoted.
I am also a member of the Ambika Foundation, which is based in ODISHA, India and works in the fields of health, nutrition, education, human rights, and the environment.
The cup of life is an initiative that aims to raise awareness among women of all backgrounds about the importance of menstrual hygiene and menstrual cups. It is based on the idea that menstrual cups are no longer a luxury item reserved for the wealthy, but can now be purchased by anyone. I was the international service director of the Rotary Club of Kalyani Nagar in Pune as well.
What are your achievements so far in this industry?
I have received the following awards in recent years.

• Indian Achievers Among the Top 40 Under 40 for 2020
• Top 40 Under 40 Influential Corporate Leaders, according to Business Mint.
• Recognized and awarded as a “Dynamic Woman Entrepreneur” 2020 by the Tourism Entrepreneurs International Women Award 2019 in Nepal.
• Rotary Vocational Excellence Awards 2019 in the category of empowering women in the travel industry.
• Business Mint’s 2019 Serial Entrepreneur of the Year.
• Toogle Travel Pvt Ltd is a winner of the 2019 Brand Icon Awards.
• Woman’s Glory Award for Top Women in Travel and Events Pune,2018
• WOW – 2017 Multifaceted Personality of the Year
• 2017 India’s 5000 Best MSME Awards
How would you manage your work/life balance?
I believe in balancing work and personal life as a dedicated wife and a proud mother of my 9-year-old son. Because I was a National Level fencer myself, I encourage my son to pursue a sport-driven routine too. My point of view is comprehensive, as I believe that everyone should lead an active lifestyle.
