Hello!
I am Smriti Batta, mother of two young adults. A certified holistic life coach and an entrepreneur by profession, I am the founder of Mind.Body Soul.
We, at Mind.Body.Soul, believe that fitness is not just about losing weight and becoming thin. Rather, it’s about being happy and healthy both physically as well as mentally.

𝟮) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱?

Well, it all started when I had to face certain medical issues, while I believed I was at my healthiest physical state.
I was more or less regular with my exercise schedule and my eating habits weren’t too bad either. It was then that I decided to get to the root of the problem. I did courses on weight planning, diet, exercise & nutrition and acquired certificates in Reiki, Meditation, Switchwords and Energy Circles, as alternative therapies to achieve complete well-being. Having gained all that knowledge, I thought why not share it to enhance the quality of life of others. That’s how Mind.Bidy.Soul came into being.

𝟯) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀/𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀?

We provide customized diet and exercise plans for weight management. Further, we offer therapeutic diets, detox services, consultations on healthy and affordable lifestyle changes, chakra healing, aura cleansing and many such services that can help one enhance their life.

𝟰) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆?

I was awarded the Top 100 Women Icon Award this year.
But I don’t measure success materialistically. My highest achievement so far has been the happy customers who were able to gain back their good health and confidence by resting their faith in us.

𝟱) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆?

My determination to educate people on health and nutrition and bring about lifestyle modifications, to make coming generations fitter and mindful of their holistic advancement- that’s what keeps me going.

𝟲) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲?

Stay persistent, keep learning and keep going until you succeed. And yes, never believe in shortcuts.
